Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and fantastic scenery. It also has Ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It is 100 meters from cycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Connected to water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lowest level, towards the water. Great holiday place 12 months a year!

Large terrace/jetty with outdoor furniture, gas grill and wood-fired hot tub! (IMPORTANT! The hot tub does NOT have bubbles or massage, just lovely hot water). Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Attic/mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1.80 ceiling height. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
