Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our main aim is the health and safety of our guests. The house is spread over 3 floors with the total of 140sq.m. There are outdoor terraces on 2 different levels with excellent sea view. And also there is a close parking area.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

For better travel it is advisable to have a means of transport. The distance from the center is 30-35 minutes by foot. There is a free parking space.
