Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Agia Effimia

Lovely house in perfect location (beach and Argostoli center within 5-10min walk) and amazing facilities - kitchen and bathroom amenities, jakuzi on the rooftop, even cards and little games to play in the evening. Very clean as well. Dennis was so kind and always available to help us :) 10/10 recommended

Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

If you have any doubts about renting this property, forget them!! world travellers & hands down the loveliest air bnb I've been in. Extremely clean, well maintained - just BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the photos. The family have poured alot of love into the properties. We had the BEST trip & that's just the location and property. Add to that the wonderful family that host, they are kind, generous, communicative and honestly so lovely...like staying with family. I got emotional when we had to leave 😭. They left fresh eggs, bread,wine, olive oil, jams, honey etc. Great equipped kitchen & bbq area. After a day out we found beautiful cakes had been left in the fridge after they came to do pool maintenance. After hearing we had a bad time at a cafe they cheered us up with kebabs, fresh pittas & sausages from their butchers. So delicious!! This is a hilly area, if you have mobility issues check out their other beautiful property which also looks amazing. We will be back!Thank you so much guys!!

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

Fabulous stay at Kia's place. Our kids loved playing at the beach - sandy, gentle slope and much warmer water than other beaches on the island. We loved that the taverna opposite would bring food over for us to eat sat out on the patio after the kids had gone to bed. The house itself was comfortable, even if the kitchen is fairly basic. The garden is beautiful!

We spent an amazing ten days at this lovely property. It took us by surprise on arrival, photos really don’t do it justice. The rear is nicely enclosed, and the front overlooks an olive grove. The garden around the property itself has an olive tree, several fruit trees, flowers and even a couple of tortoises. 🐢 Some local products were left in the kitchen for us when we arrived, always helpful! The area is not touristy at all, which we liked, but a car is essential if you want to explore the island properly. Good central location. There is on street park close by. Would definitely stay here again! 💙🇬🇷

We can’t praise Marina and Agelos enough. Everything was perfect and we had the most relaxing holiday ever. We have been to Kephalonia about 30 times and this stay was our favourite. We just didn’t want to come home. We will definitely be booking Amaryllis 11 with Marina and Agelos again as soon as we can. Marina couldn’t do more to make us welcome and was easy to get hold of when needed (to ask if it was ok to feed a cat). It is soooo quiet, except when the goats and sheep went by about twice a day. Apart from that it was bird song and butterflies, beautiful and peaceful.

What a fabulous place close to the cove where the yachts and restaurants are situated then have own beach just out front. The owners were so lovely to bring breakfast and coffee from their beautiful bakery everyday. Comfortable beds had everything you need. Thanks Anna 🤗

The place was clean and Dimitris was a very good host. Very friendly with good recommendations on restaurants and places to see. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the city square where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. We felt safe walking at night to and from the apartment. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the hot water. There is hot water but it can run out fairly quickly. It was enough for 2 quick showers but that was about it. Not too much of an issue and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Le séjour a été bon dans l’ensemble. L’appartement est bien placé, beau et propre. Parfait pour découvrir les alentours ! Cependant, voici quelques points à mentionner (qui ne peuvent pas être contrôlés par l’hôte) : - ne dormez pas la fenêtre ouverte sauf si vous voulez être réveillé à 4h du matin par les oiseaux. Ils ont relativement bruyant - nous avons eu le droit à un cafard dans l’appartement (et un seul heureusement) mais étant donné que des restaurants sont en-dessous et qu’il y a leurs poubelles, il peut y avoir des nuisibles qui peuvent rentrer. Je précise bien que l’appartement n’est pas sale, il est très bien ! En revanche, d’autres sont contrôlables par l’hôte : - il y avait des tâches sur les draps, nous n’avons pas trop compris pourquoi ? - il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain comme si il y avait des remontées de canalisations - l’acoustique global est peut-être à revoir car on peut être réveillé si la rue est bruyante (même fenêtres fermées)

Christina and her parents are kind and generous hosts, providing basic provisions and gifts of home-grown pomegranates and eggs from their own hens. The apartment was light, airy and well furnished, with good bed linen and plenty of towels, loo roll, shower gel, etc. Good light-excluding shutters and quiet, efficient air con. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained with seating in sun or shade, as preferred. Attractively lit in the evenings. The views of the sea and mountains are stunning from dual aspect balconies, which are in sunshine all day long. 10 minute walk to the sea and nearest tavernas. Narrow beaches are stony but accessible. 5 minute drive to pretty port of Sami with small supermarkets, shops and many bars and tavernas. Ferries to Ithaca and mainland. No sandy beaches locally. However, the sea is beautifully clear.

Loved our stay, the most stunning scenic views of the harbour, the sea & the mountains from the balcony and the side patio. The apartment is lovely, very clean, Nina was very friendly & quick to respond. We sat & watched the ferries and the boats coming in & out, very relaxing. Poros is beautiful, not touristy at all, you are very much living within the lovely local Greek community. Thank you Nina

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is just like the pictures. Katerina sent us video instructions for how to open the insect screens, hot water button, how the oven works, etc, and everything worked perfectly as described. There were welcome items such as water, butter and jams in the fridge and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding and pillows. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast in the morning sunshine, and in the afternoon/evening there is welcome shade after a day of sightseeing. Argostoli is the perfect location with plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities very close by. We didn’t hire a car but we did use the local bus service frequently and it was very inexpensive and easy to get around. Many thanks for a lovely holiday

Schöne Wohnung ungeben von einem wundervollen Garten. Man ist schnell am schönen, meist leeren Strand der auch für Kinder gut zum Schwimmen geeignet ist. Chloe kümmert sich liebevoll um Haus und Garten, wir hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη είναι τα πάντα δίπλα και μπορείς να βγεις το βράδυ με τα πόδια και δεν χρειαζρυε αυτοκίνητο .Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική μας εξυπηρετούσε σε όλα !!! Όποτε πήραμε τηλεφωνο αμέσως απαντούσε και μας βοηθούσε σε ότι θέλαμε !! Μου έδωσε και μια πολύ ωραία μαρμελάδα που είχε φτιάξει πραγματικά υπέροχη Κυρία !! Θα ήθελα να επισκεφτώ ξανά αυτό το διαμέρισμα !!!

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. We can’t wait to visit again!

Απλά υπέροχη εμπειρία! Από την πρώτη στιγμή, η επικοινωνία με την οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση, ευγενική και εξαιρετικά βοηθητική. Ανταποκρινόταν αμέσως σε κάθε ερώτησή μας και μας παρείχε όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες για τη διαμονή και την περιοχή. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, προσεγμένο και άρτια εξοπλισμένο ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, αν όχι και καλύτερο! Άνετοι χώροι, όμορφη διακόσμηση, ποιοτικά σεντόνια και πετσέτες, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και κάθε μικρή λεπτομέρεια είχε προβλεφθεί. Φαινόταν ξεκάθαρα ότι έχει δοθεί αγάπη και φροντίδα για να προσφέρει μια πραγματικά ευχάριστη εμπειρία στους επισκέπτες. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική ήσυχη, αλλά κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε (σούπερ μάρκετ, καφετέριες, αξιοθέατα). Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά μια άνετη, φιλόξενη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Αν βρεθούμε ξανά στην περιοχή, σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε εδώ!

Spot on, as an airbnb host it is quite a task to hit everything for the guest’s pleasure & taste. Erasmia did just that. I feel like the stay was almost like home for me. Highly recommended & great value I suggest you book it.
