My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. An ideal spot for friends or couples to discover real Crete. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently fully renovated in creative and effortless way. A small balcony with mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen,a sunny and cool living room and a cozy bedroom with a double comfy bed are all yours ! You will also be pleased to find lots of English books, a high-speed internet connection, a coffee machine, air conditioning and fresh cretan products that will be waiting for you in the house to make your stay relaxing and memorable. During your stay we will assist you any time needed. Within walking distance you will find the Central Bus Station (400 m.), grocery stores, supermarkets (300 m) and a pharmacy (100 m.) In case you want to take a trip , the exotic beach of Falassarna, the astonishing lagoon of Balos and the breathtaking Samaria gorge are highly reccomended! My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

Easy access to the highway that will take you to the most famous beaches of Crete. The accommodation offers free parking. Really close to the house you can find a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are four sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment that you can visit also the windy days this bays is ideal for families with children.

This was the best AirBnb I've ever stayed at, and it really made our trip to Crete. Maria was an A+ host. She was extremely responsive and helpful and pointed us to all of the best beaches and restaurants. The house is in immaculate condition, very clean, and very spacious, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Chania. Thank you for everything, Maria!

We had a wonderful stay that was far too short at Georgios's. Its studios are very comfortable, located in a peaceful place and environment. The decoration is done with great taste and the small kitchen is a real asset for making meals on site. The beds are comfy and the nights are very quiet. The beach, restaurants and small shops are within walking distance. Georgios is very welcoming while remaining discreet. The pool is superb and pleasant when returning from a hike. Lovely place in Chania. The view of the lighthouse from the dining table never gets old no matter what time of day. The completely open-concept space is a little bit too open at times. My friends and I found it somewhat difficult to get privacy for changing/dressing etc. The bathroom was also not in a super convenient location and would occasionally not get hot water at all. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings, it is in a very central/busy location with shops and restaurants abound. Be warned: the store directly below does not shut off their music until 23:00 and is very audible through the floor. Maria was also a great host and responded quickly to any ask! Kitchen, beds and other amenities were just right, would recommend!

This is a great apartment to stay if you are looking for somewhere on the outskirts of Chania. Easy accessible road if renting a car with local supermarkets around. It is a good 30 min walk into the old town or can take a local bus, however that didn’t bother us 😉 Maria and the team were very helpful throughout and communicated excellently. We like to thank them for their accommodation!

Both Ioanna and Spiros were great hosts. Incredibly welcoming and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful, the views from the pool amazing and it was easy to drive to the old town within 6 minutes. The walk to the beach was about 15-20 mins which we did once. I’d highly recommend this villa and the hosts. 😊

100% recommended place to stay if you’re visiting Chania. The view of the harbor from the balcony is definitely worth it - there were few days where we opted to just buy local fruits/cheeses and chill at the balcony as it beats many of the views offered from the bars around town. The host is really friendly and responsive, which was a huge help especially when arriving to the place as the old town of Chania is tricky to navigate. Complimentary laundry services were definitely a huge plus if you’re staying for a while as you’ll run through clothes quickly due to number of activities you can do here. Pro tip: I don’t know how often they do it but on the morning of first Saturday of June there was a local grocery bazaar event that was located about 7-min walking distance from the airbnb, where you can buy bunch of local goods from all over the area. We unfortunately missed it but would recommend that you time your travel around it as parking can get pretty nuts during that time.
