IT IS CLOSE TO CAFES, FOLK MARKET, PLACES FOR FOOD AND DRINK, CLOSE TO THE NIGHTLIFE OF THE CITY. IN ADDITION, IT HAS FAST INTERNET. YOU WILL NOT DRIVE THE CAR AT ALL FOR THE CITY.
