Very friendly and welcoming owner. The apartment was super clean , cozy., nicely renovated, fully equipped. Located in very nice calm neighbourhood, very close to the shops, restaurants and transportation in the lovely area of Kallithea. Highly recommended.

Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

Good place for the time I stayed. Mr. Nikos was helpful and kind! The place is very close to transportation and a kiosk!

The house was spotless, and it had all the equipment advertised in full operation. The location is in a very good spot, next to the market and public transport.

Excellent flat new, clean, the aircon works great. Lovely neighborhood the condo is very quiet and the bed for sleeping is top notch.

We have a great time staying here. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and felt just like Home.

Loved staying here - I was looking for a quiet airbnb for a short solo trip to get some work done and this was perfect. Close to the marina and the cultural centre (definitely recommend) but can also easily get on the tram into the city centre to see the sights. So lovely and peaceful - would definitely recommend! Marianna was also great - super responsive and very helpful!!

Jona is responsive and great host from start to finish makes you feel welcome. The apartment has been renovated and there is attention to details. The apartment is always cool so no need to even turn the AC on. The unit locks up like a warehouse so it very secure and keeps the place cool and very dark easy to sleep. We have just arrived back from our wonderful month long stay in Tina’s apartment. From arriving , we knew that we had chosen a perfect spot for us. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but with great cafes and bakeries nearby, as well as good local restaurants, Elies being our favourite. Transport links to Piraeus, coastal towns and beaches and Athens centre were close by and easy to navigate. Tina and her mother were very kind and we loved the strawberry jam we received during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tina’s apartment and will most definitely come back to stay again in the future. Communication with Tina throughout was excellent. A perfect stay!!

Stylish apartment with top quality amenities. Great location in a relatively quiet part of town, but still plenty enough going on to keep you entertained. Fantastic transport links into the centre of town and the beach. 5* communication from the host. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful apartment and easy access into the city by foot but also very close to the metro if needed! The apartment was ideal with the rooftop pool as it was very hot in Athens when we visited. We also appreciated the wine and snacks left for us, a really nice touch. I would recommend and stay again!

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and ending our honeymoon trip in this beautiful suite.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
