Holiday rentals with beach access in Agios Theodoros

The apartment was nice, we enjoyed the view from the window every day! Everything was close, we didn't even take a taxi from the airport and decided to have a pleasant 50 min walk instead. Just around the corner, there was a supermarket. In the neighbourhood you could find plenty of restaurants, the beach was close too, you could watch planes land which was rather fascinating. We had everything we needed in the apartment, coffee machine was great since we were working from home. The bathroom was rather small, especially if you are tall like my boyfriend, but nothing terrible :D I would recommend to stay at this apartment :)

First of all Nefino is an awesome host, very proactive in letting you know where the apartment is, how to get inside etc and all round extremely friendly 🙂 The apartment itself, if anything, looks bigger than the pictures and is perfectly suited to both friends travelling or a group of 4 - it is big enough for 4 people without a doubt. its clean, it's just off the main promenade (3 min walk max), and is very quiet. Also because the balcony is 2nd floor you get a lovely breeze through the day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here both for the apartment itself and for the attentive nature of the hosts 😃🤩

Such a beautiful place with a great location, the host allowed us to check our very late cuz our flight was at 7PM, we really appreciate that. we loved the place lot felt like home, we will definitely come back again.

Lovely quiet apartment. Hire car delivered to the complex and returned to airport. Lovely Taverna in the village and well stocked little supermarket. Petra and Bernhard were perfect hosts with brilliant prompt communication. Was great having Keith on site to answer any questions. Will miss hearing the sheep and goats passing by the fields at the back!

We had a great stay , beautiful appartmber very close to the sea . Eva and team were really helpful and responsive. We found the main bed very hard but contacted Eva and team and they sent extra duvets to lay down the very next morning . thanks for making our stay enjoyable and easy .

Stayed here for 5 days. Easy self check in, flexible check out, very clean and you have all that you need. Terrace is super nice to chill in the evening, location perfect close to airport, beach, city centre, restaurants etc.) Jack was very helpful and super responsive. And as a welcome gift I got some chocolates and home made cookies. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, aussen wie innen. Es fehlt an nichts. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine große Auswahl Getränken und Esswaren.Dank! Die Betten sind sehr gut.Alle technischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei.Den elektrischen Sicherungskasten fanden wir erst per Telefonat , da eine Sicherung reaktiviert werden musste. Internet war sehr gut. TV konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir uns nicht auskennen mit Netflix & Co. und keine Bedienungsanleitung vorlag. Dies war kein Mangel! Sehr gut ist der Pool, der zweimal wöchentlich sehr gut gepflegt wird von einem Profi.Sehr angenehm ist, dass ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden ist. Sehr gut ist das Haus ausgestattet mit Klimageräten in allen Räumen. Die Lage des Hauses ca. 100m vom leeren Strand ist toll, ebenso der Meerblick selbst von der Erdgeschossterrasse.Airport&Larnaca sind nebenan. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Einige Mückenfenster wären hilfreich zum Genuss der Meeresluft!Tolle Vermieterin!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

Wir waren schon zum 5. mal auf Zypern/Larnaca und der zypriotische Standart ist normalerweise einfach etwas rustikaler wie wir es von Österreich gewohnt sind. Aber die Wohnung war tip top. Wir waren zu 5. hatten alle bequeme und saubere Betten, eine große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Kästen, Küche, Waschmaschine war bestens. Die Lage ist super, ca 1 Minute von der Lazarus Kirche entfernt und etwa 5min vom Strand. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. 👍💪🏽☺️

We waren in de winter een weekje te gast bij Kamil. Een rustige plek, weg van de drukte, en een ontzettend lieve familie die ons gastvrij heeft onthaald. Meedenkend en een perfecte gastheer. Door omstandigheden kregen we zelfs een upgrade naar het appartement boven de woning van de familie!! Naar onze maatstaven heeft dit appartement in de tuin wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en mocht de keuken iets schoner zijn. Het is echter maar net wat je gewend bent. We werden ontvangen laat op oudejaarsavond, de kachel en de kaarsjes brandden al. De dagen daarna dronken we koffie met de familie, mochten we zoveel fruit uit de tuin nemen als we wilden en voelden we ons helemaal thuis. Het appartement boven de familie is een grote, ruime, comfortabele woning. We bevelen beide woningen aan!! Weg van het massa toerisme en kostbaar om deze familie te leren kennen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Stamatia & Ruel haben immer schnell reagiert und waren tolle Gastgeber!

Superbe maison, grande, propre et très bien fournie en équipements de tout genre. L'espace extérieur est tout aussi agréable : terrasse et jardin fleuris pour profiter du soleil du matin au soir ! L'accès à la mer est à la sortie du jardin, magnifique. Lars et son épouse ont été très chaleureux à notre arrivée. Endroit à recommander malgré parfois la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude si les panneaux solaires ne sont pas fonctionnels.

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

Beautiful home. Well kept and maintained. All the amenities you need for a stay. The balcony was gorgeous. Savvas was a brilliant host, great comms and so so helpful. Would recommend a stay to anyone in the Limassol area. Thank you Savvas!!! ❤️

Chris nagyon segítőkész volt, nagyon részletesen leírt mindent amire szükség lehet. Az apartman jó helyen van, közel a legnagyobb strandhoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz ahonnan minden busz indul. A szálláshely megfelelt a leírásnak. Jól felszerelt.

Great apartment right in the center of larnaca 1 minute walk from the beach. The host is very responsive and friendly we had a great stay, very recommended !

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

First of all, the location is fantastic — just a short walk to the main promenade and the beach. Nearby, you'll find the Church of Saint Lazarus, a local market with fresh products, shops, restaurants, and an affordable parking lot (only 2–3 Euros per day). Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Demetris was an amazing host — very helpful and welcoming. He offered airport transfer and even gave us a short tour of the area. There was no problem with changing bed linen, towels, or even swapping the mattress when I found it a bit too soft for my taste. The only downside was the smell inside the wardrobes, which wasn’t very pleasant. We also used the air conditioning once, and unfortunately, the smell coming from it wasn't great either. Other than that, the apartment was clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Отличная квартира, лучше чем на фото. Особенно хотим выделить гостеприимство хозяина, который встретил нас, все показал, дал местные рекомендации, и оставил в качестве угощения полную кухню всего необходимого. Вид на море с уютного балкона. Дополнительная комната-кабинет. Обязательно вернемся!
