Great place, very friendly and responsive host. But it was very noisy from the street. And we had issues with the entrance door lock. Though the host promised to fix it some day, so hopefully nobody will have the issues in the future. Overall it was a good experience. Highly recommended

we made an excellent choice to stay here. it is a perfect size for our small party of 3 (2 adults and a 13 year old). Location was everything: think cultural center,Manhattan-like, everything walkable in the square yet relatively quiet and safe. this is a great home-base, and the apartment is homey and cozy which we lived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we would stay again. Thanks ✌🏽 😊

Fantastic apartment!!! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. I especially loved the cozy balcony / terrace where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, shops, yet peaceful and quiet at night. This stay exceeded my expectations. A minimal but well equiped apartment. Michail was responsive and helpful. Quite neighborhood with a 24/7 bakery closeby as well as a supermarket, mini market and post.

5 stars for Ioannis place 😊 The apartment is nicely renovated, has everything you need (from oven to washing machine) and was super clean! Plus pointe for the comfortable bed! We also liked the neighborhood, very peaceful but with things to do! We will definitely be coming back to this place on our next trip to Cyprus. If you rent a car, the location of your house is perfect. It was close to the markets.

Wir liebten es bei Andreas. Es war ein Gefühl, als würden wir einen Freund besuchen. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Das Poolhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sehr sauber und schick. Der private Pool und die Liegen laden zum entspannen ein. Andreas ist sehr diskret und zurückhaltend und gleichzeitig immer da wenn man etwas braucht und für eine Unterhaltung zu haben. Wir liebten den Garten und die Pflanzen und bekamen von Andreas eine Führung und selbst angebautes Gemüse. Wir haben es wirklich rundum genossen.

The flat was better than it looks in pictures, kerim was extremely helpful from the min I booked till I checked out. I recommend this place and Kerim.

The apartment itself was very clean and modern, checking in was not an issue at all even when I arrived late at night! Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again on my next visit to Nicosia

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay at Anastasio's 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for us and it was located in a very good area in Strovolos. Close to many places that we were planning to go to. Close to shops and to the freeway which was important for us as we were using the freeway quite a lot. Anastasio's was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a similar place.

The host was very polite, the apartment as described and the neighborhood very peaceful.

από τα λίγα σπίτια που είναι πιο όμορφα από κοντά απ ότι στις φωτογραφίες! Η διακόσμηση μοντέρνα και μινιμαλ ενω ο χωρος ηταν μεγαλος. Υπήρχαν σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία και το βρήκα πολύ εύκολα. Υπήρχε ασφάλεια στον χώρο και αρκετά πράγματα πρώτης ανάγκης και με το παραπανω αφού υπήρχαν μέχρι και όργανα γυμναστικης. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα!
