We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

This was our third visit to Shubhada's property and as usual it was a pleasure to have spent a short stay there. In fact my super senior citizen father who travels with us for this trip annually; now insists on this booking and very year I log in to Air BNB with the hope it is available. This was a different property from the one we had stayed earlier albeit in the same location so her tribe is growing and we wish her the very best for further growth. looking forward to spend time in a new property next year.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

TanV welcomed us into her home with so much warmth and love along with her sweet dog luna. We LOVED being here and would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay. We loved sitting out on the terrace, sharing late night chats, cuddling with Luna and eating dinner together. The room itself was so cosy and it all felt like home. But of course privacy was super respected and you can choose how much you interact :). A Serene Village Escape I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and it was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Goa's party scene. The village vibe was authentic and cozy, transporting me back to simpler times. The morning was idyllic, and the soft, comfortable sheets were a highlight - I haven't slept so peacefully in a long time! Highlight: The bathtub was a time travel! If you're looking for a tranquil escape, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. This was the most amazing place that I have ever booked & stayed through Abnb, and I've been using Abnb for quite a while. As soon as we entered, we felt right at home. Everything was just as described, furnitures & cooking utensils squeaky clean, bedrooms done perfect. We stayed for a week, and just loved the place. My mom & son didn't want to leave. The place is minutes away from some of the lovely beaches in South goa like Palolem, Patnem, Talpona etc. It is very well maintained by the caretaker Diljit, who is super helpful and humble. DJ helped us with a seamless checkin, was always there when we needed him however also knew to give us our family space to settle in & have a true homely experience.Our pet lhasa, coco loved him & waited for him to come and take him for a walk. The place is done up elegantly, Vishal has a great taste for interiors which perfectly matched our expectations. Don't think twice to book it, you won't regret for sure. We can't wait to come back.Thanks.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!
