Holiday rentals with a patio in Agrilia

We decide on this Airbnb last minute and it was the best decision we made on the island. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and private while still being walking distance from beautiful batches and authentic Greek cuisine. The host was more than responsive and catered to our every request. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every penny. Just pay the money !! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The entire property is designed with luxury and comfort in mind – from the elegant interior to the excellent service. One of the highlights was the beautiful and well-maintained pool area, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking even while on vacation. Despite the luxurious features, the hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area – perfect for rest and relaxation. A true hidden gem for those who value style, tranquility, and top-quality amenities. We would love to come back!

Ivana and Dionisis are fantastic hosts. Their accommodations are spotless with high-end linens and their restaurant serves wonderful traditional Greek food at reasonable prices. A snorkel is a must to explore the crystal clear coves right where they are located. There is a fair bit of traffic on the main road, but the general area is remote with fantastic villages and authentic Greek traditions, warmth and caring. I would definitely stay here again. I wish they had a two-bedroom to bring my daughter. Mostly, these people are so warm you feel like you are at home.

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

The accommodation is a 10/10. In the city center of Zakynthos. Everything within walking distance. The hostess is VERY helpful and flexible and above all very nice. I recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast provided is delicious every day, and the host is friendly. The pool and rental items in the accommodation were also really nice.

It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described and very clean! Takis also gave us some very good recommendations to visit and to do on the island. He also helped us to rent atv’s, that even got delivered at the apartment. What a service!

This place is fabulous. The accommodation is almost new and kept to a high standard. That view Wow! It’s difficult to prise yourself away from the Villa as it’s so comfortable sitting by the pool, soaking up the sun and having such a lovely villa with all of its amenities to hand. Kostas and Tammy are lovely friendly people, they were responsive and Kostas met us in the village upon arrival ( 2mins away) as finding the Villa would have otherwise been tricky. It’s up a hill and a good walk to the nearest bar / restaurant, so we found a car essential. Kostas recommended a local car hire company and they were fabulous 👍. Alan the cat is a bonus , so friendly , we felt obliged to keep him nourished. He’s not allowed inside the Villa but he is in no way a nuisance, just a lovely character. There are many bars and restaurants, some on the beach front and some in the village. Again car essential ( or local taxi). I would highly recommend this accommodation 👍

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated—we immediately felt at home. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The villa managers and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even assisted with bookings. They cleaned the pool, changed towels, and made the beds during our stay. We also received a lovely basket with snacks and fruit. Communication was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and they did everything to accommodate us, including offering early check-in. The only downside (at least during our stay) was some noise from the olive oil factory next door, due to trucks coming and going. It didn’t bother us much, but those looking for quiet should be aware. A car is definitely needed, as the location is remote, but it’s a great starting point for exploring the island. Overall, we highly recommend this place and truly appreciated the outstanding service.

Beautiful location in the northwest of Zakynthos. breathtaking view between the mountains towards the sea. several restaurants nearby and a very functional supermarket with fresh bread in the harbor. unforgettable experience. You need a car, because you are into the Mountains.

If you have any doubts about renting this property, forget them!! world travellers & hands down the loveliest air bnb I've been in. Extremely clean, well maintained - just BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the photos. The family have poured alot of love into the properties. We had the BEST trip & that's just the location and property. Add to that the wonderful family that host, they are kind, generous, communicative and honestly so lovely...like staying with family. I got emotional when we had to leave 😭. They left fresh eggs, bread,wine, olive oil, jams, honey etc. Great equipped kitchen & bbq area. After a day out we found beautiful cakes had been left in the fridge after they came to do pool maintenance. After hearing we had a bad time at a cafe they cheered us up with kebabs, fresh pittas & sausages from their butchers. So delicious!! This is a hilly area, if you have mobility issues check out their other beautiful property which also looks amazing. We will be back!Thank you so much guys!!

Quiet place, a few minutes walk to the town center. Good view of the Harbour. Leisure moments with facilities where we can dine and chat outside the house.

This little villa in the olive grove is perfect for a relaxing and decompressing holiday. The place is immaculate, with a lot of attention to detail, it's welcoming and homely. Will definitely go back!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Magic Kefalonia Villa was such a lovely, comfortable place which was spotlessly clean throughout. The villa is situated within private grounds. We were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us around our apartment. A cleaner visited every day, which was such a treat. In our apartment there were two bedrooms. One double and one twin room, which were most comfortable. Sun loungers, a seating area & huge sun umbrellas are provided which offer the most relaxing of days sat by the pool. The pool itself was also spotlessly clean and clear. It was cleaned and checked every day we were there. There are two local grocery stores which stocked just about everything you would need and there was also a Taverna. They are approximately a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Our host Paola was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely be returning. Thankyou Paola. We had a wonderful time in Kefalonia. Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

This apartment was everything we could have asked for and more. The photos on the website do not show off the at well enough - the balcony goes all the way round with views of the sea and the bedrooms and living area was bigger than what we expected. Communication was very quick and they helped us solve our issues. The location was perfect - close to many restaurants and cafes, as well as a lovely bakery across the road - we went nearly every day. There is a supermarket 2 mins along the road. This flat was everything we could have wanted and for such a good price.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

We were welcomed by Marina who was very helpful, informative and available at all times. The pool was beautifully clean and the water was warm for early June. Marina kindly brought us breakfast of a drink and croissant on our first morning which was very unexpected but appreciated! We would recommend Eagle Nest Studios for a stay in Lourdata.

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

You can't imagine a more beautiful accommodation. The two are enchanting, flexible, so hospitable, fulfill every wish and are always available. Thank you for the wonderful time on the enchanting island!!
