Apartment with two bedrooms, a sofa with two beds and a sofa bed. Capacity for up to six people. Independent entrance, direct access to the garden and pool. All rooms face the outside. The property is not shared with other clients. Its owners live on the upper floor and take care of the exterior cleaning. Ideal for finding tranquility and privacy. It is located on a completely enclosed property. The pool and garden area are exclusively for guests and are not shared.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
