The place is beautiful and very clean, very well maintained. The refrigerator is very strong, the TV has a FireTV, a view of the pool, and on the horizon you can see the top of the mountain and Cristo Redentor. Kind and polite host, very nice people! The condominium is well organized and safe. Covered parking space in the garage and gate control. Very positive point for the silence and peace in the place, waking up with the view of the sunrise is wonderful!

The place is exactly like in the photos, in addition to being cozy and having bed and bath linens, as well as essential household items, such as ironing clothes. Gerson welcomed us very well and gave us several tips of places to visit.

Great house! I spent 3 days with my wife and we felt at home. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, the house is very large. The view is incredible, the rains are very good, the kitchen is well equipped and we don't miss anything. It has a fireplace, bathtub, and a bacaba space in front of the house. For those who enjoy watching TV / Movies, I recommend taking the notebook to connect on TV that, despite being smart, is a little slow for some apps. I highly recommend, Mr. Marcos was very friendly and made himself available for any problems.

We were greeted with fresh pitaya! Beds are comfortable and the house has all the utensils and electronic equipment necessary for a great stay. The region is very quiet and ideal for those who seek to rest and escape the madness of a major city. The hosts gave all the necessary support, were well taken care of the guidelines and tips on where to eat and buy food in the proximity, other than this left loaves to feed the fish, which was my daughter's distraction. Anyway, I intend to return more often, as the experience was sensational!

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.

It was the third consecutive year that we stayed and it is certainly the best option in Serra Negra! It is a few minutes' walk from the best restaurants and shops, we don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything. Extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped! Maricy is very nice and caring to us, and super welcoming too! We have a little daughter and she always prepares everything very carefully, even the plug protectors she put in. Speechless, everything impeccable as always. We felt at home.
