The description corresponds to reality, it is only the bedroom plus the bathroom. Everything was clean and in good condition. We arrived a little later, because our plane was delayed. We arrived after the time we were supposed to arrive, but I warned the hostess beforehand and everything went well. She was very helpful and friendly. During our stay, I only saw the hostess at check-in and check-out. They are very discreet, but they made us feel at ease. If we go back to Maia, we'll stay there for sure.

Carlos is an excellent host. A caring person who responds to each of our questions immediately. A person full of energy and wit. Everything has been thought of in the kitchen at home. Coffees are served in the delta machine and are free of charge. The location is great. It met our needs very well. Thank you so much for everything. A clean person shows themselves everywhere. I witnessed her cleaning the house alone for hours after everyone left, and I was shocked. Such hardworking young people should be supported. Bravo Carlos! :)

Miguel’s place was exactly what he put on the listing. The place was fairly central, i always walk around without having to use public transportation. The room has a balcony with the view to a church so it’s a stealth deal without all the hidden fees of airbnb itself. Definitely going here again next time! Very recommended!

Our stay with David and Zinda was just wonderful! The hosts are super nice, friendly and helpful people. We felt right at home during our stay. It’s truly a unique place with a large beautiful garden and lots of sunlight. You get a feeling of peace and tranquility from day one. This is a dream stay for people who love animals, as the hosts have peacocks, chicken, geese, cats, dogs and even horses. They even allowed us to walk their dogs in a nearby forest which was wonderful. The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but you have a private wing of the house with your bedroom, bathroom and a beautiful living room with a garden view. If you plan to work remotely, I would recommend getting a LAN cable (5m) that you can connect to the router for higher internet speed. It’s possible to get an uber from the airport and also to get around during your stay but I would recommend getting a car to be more flexible. Within 15m by car you can get to the beautiful beach, grocery stores and a mall.
