We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 1BHK villa on Mattu Beach, Udupi. The spacious property is clean, well-maintained, and offers private beach access. The peaceful surroundings made it a serene experience. One can easily spot peacocks in the surroundings that added charm to the place. The villa includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom with all essentials provided, making our stay very convenient. Special thanks to our host, Vivek, who stayed in touch from the moment we booked. He guided us with the best route from Bangalore and recommended great seafood spots in Mangalore and Udupi. He even insisted we try the delicious Gajbaje Sundae at Naturals – a must-try! We arrived to a warm welcome with hot tea. The caretakers were lovely and served delicious breakfast daily. Their hospitality added to the charm of our stay. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Udupi!

HOME AWAY FROM.HOME, Beautiful and serine place, just the place I hoped for and I throughly enjoyed it. Icing on the cake was the Home cooked food, The lady prepared the most authentic Fish curry and rice, the neer doosa and chicken curry I could have it anytime, infant we had it packed to carry home with us. The host was just a phone call call away, whatever we needed we got it, Thank you Mam.

Beautiful place, lots of greenery and beautiful plants around. Very vintage vibes! There's a pizza oven available as well which seems nice but we didn't use it. Bathtub is available but it's outside so it's up to individual preferences. Good kitchen, pretty well furnished and there's oven and fridge and water filter also. There are LOTS of paintings which are very beautiful and a couple of board games outside. Would totally recommend: best if you go as a group with friends or extended family! Lots of room and seems very relaxed and luxurious at the same time. The caretaker, Rajesh, was a great help to us - helped us with anything we needed and was friendly as well.

Wonderful host, beautiful and comfortable stay. It is centrally located which makes it easy to travel in and around udupi.

Havanna by the Sea is as scenic as it gets—peaceful, remote, and perfect for a short escape. The best part? You get what feels like your own private beach, often completely empty. We woke up and took a walk by the sea—it was incredibly relaxing. Do check with the host for directions; Google Maps can be misleading. The host was upfront about everything, including the remote location, limited food options (though Zomato works), and occasional mosquitoes during the rains—nothing major, though. Don’t miss the lounge area outside—it’s the perfect beachside vibe spot to unwind. All in all, a perfect location for a 2-night trip where you can forget the world and just enjoy.

We stayed for a day in Monappa Estate and we really enjoyed the stay. It was a last minute booking but our host Mehaal was very responsive sharing all the necessary details about the property and recommendations. Caretaker Mr. Chandra was also very welcoming and served great food. It's a well maintained property with spacious rooms and If you are a bunch of 10-15 folks who are looking for quiet/private place away from the city hustle then I would always recommend Mehaal's place.

Where do I even begin! This penthouse was the best part of our Mangalore trip. We were 4 girls and felt completely safe and taken care of and blown away by the beauty of the space. The location is unreal, right on the beach. You can hear the waves, feel the breeze, and just be. The house is super clean, spacious, and has everything you need. The deck deserves a special mention, it’s massive, peaceful, and perfect for lounging, reading, sipping tea, or just watching the ocean for hours. Honestly, you don’t need to leave the property to have a good time. It’s a destination in itself. Special shoutout to Mr. Jayram, the caretaker, he went above and beyond, even stepping out in heavy rain to help us. Ask him for food and cab recos, he’s a lifesaver! Honestly, the trip was amazing because of this property. Can’t wait to come back just for this stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Praveen’s Place. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. With two cozy bedrooms, a hall, kitchen, and even a yoga mat, it was perfect for a family stay . Great amenities for both summer and winter seasons! Its very close to a beach and light house , easy access from highway!!! Just a small suggestion :- Mini packets of Sugar, salt ,Tea bags , coffee can be placed in kitchen
