we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

The location was great, the house was spotless and the communication with the host was extremely easy and quick. The pool was constantly warm and ready to use which made our stay much more comfortable. Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

It is easy to reach by car from Istanbul. The house is not right on the road, but it is not on an empty land either. The interior of the house envied us much from the location of the house, everything but everything was considered , the kitchen supplies were incredible, there were more than everything, the size and warmth of the pool were very good, 7 women were very comfortable, a place where we could come back, thank you Mr. Oğuzhan for everything

We loved the villa in the photos, but when we got there, we all just loved it. Since the villa is on the hill, it has an enormous view. There is no one around that can bother you. The temperature of the pool was very nice. There is a thermometer and air conditioning in the house, you can turn it on as long as you want. Since it was cold in the evening, we opened it all the way and the floors were warm. There are 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, except for 2 shared toilets and 1 shower place. The landscaping of the garden was amazing. When we will come as a crowded group, this will be our only address from now on. Mr. Emin helped me with everything I asked, and I would also like to thank him. If you're thinking about booking, make SURE to see this home alive. You'll love the nature and lake view😊
