The house comes with its own private pool, an essential in the Tropics! A friendly cat also lives at the property. DevilRock Bungalows features two distinct accommodations, OCEAN and SAND, both located in the same charming house, which was once the old teachers' house in Kapparathota, where children used to gather for Sunday school. Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is OCEAN!

This adjoins a comfortable undercover outdoor area that looks out to the white terrazzo pool nestled amongst newly planted tropical gardens. The 3 bedrooms each have netted 4 poster beds and wall fans. The entire house is adorned with intricate carvings to capture fresh air.
