Super cosy apartment with a great view and remote working space area located on 19th floor of 20 story premium building. Only two dollars away from the city center with an uber while nearest metro station is 15 min away with walk. Brand new Gym and big supermarket in the area of residental complex and large playground designed for the families with kids. two large park nearby one of them is the biggest of the town. Great option for long term stays in a secure area with 24 hours cam surveillance.

Our modern spacious flat is exactly what you need to have a great time in Baku! It is just 1 minute away from bus station and 2 minutes away (by bus) from metro stations which can take you anywhere (one-way ticket costs only $0.20 in both metro). As there is a direct, wide road to the city center from the apartment, it is at most 15 minutes to go to the city center by taxi (which costs around $2). Cozy and comfortable apartment

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Neftcilar metro station. From the Neftciler metro station to the city center you can rich just for 20 minutes by underground. Near the metro station, has Bank where you exchange your money, also on the other side of the road you can buy garments from shops. Also near the Neftciler Mall have many restaurants. From the Neftciler station on the road toward the apartment, you can visit a shopping mall, two big supermarkets, tea houses, and Bakeshop.

New modern apartment located in a prestigious district next to the sea. There are many restaurants, shops and entertainment next to the house and a few minutes walk from Baku Boulevard. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay: A spacious studio with a big TV and comfortable sofa, a kitchen with all utensils and appliances, and cozy bedroom. The apartment has two balcony with a nice view and equipped with all technique, including high-speed WIFI.

As soon as I walked into the apartment, I was welcomed by the most pleasant scent—it immediately made me feel at home. The host was incredibly helpful and clear with communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is also perfect—very easy to find and just a short walk away from a supermarket. The apartment itself is even more spacious than it looks in the photos, and the balcony is such a lovely bonus—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or evening breeze. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and I really appreciated the small, thoughtful touches throughout the space that made me feel genuinely welcomed. If I ever come back to Baku, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay again. Highly recommend!

Very clean & beautiful place, we traveled from norway to Baku & were very tired. Layla husband helped us with & drop to the airport, also fruits shopping & also drive us for a dinner. It was such an excellent service that you can not ask for more. Layla & her husband are very nice people! Place is well decorated & clean, fresh & we slept very well during the stay! However if you are from EU, avoid connecting flights to azerbejan or try to get E-visa before hand. Because of Armenia war - azerbejan immigration try to trouble travelers from EU & ask them for extra cash by tricking you at the name of urgent visa. The place was no doubt excellent but immigration is not friendly with travelers from Scandic countries.

The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It’s remarkably quiet at night, and the bed was super comfortable. The host was exceptionally hospitable and responsive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!
