Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make the villa a great option for couples, groups or families. The layout provides good degrees of seperation. The kitchen and living room is open plan with access to a raised patio and a sheltered outdoor BBQ area. The pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. We are centrally located 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Enjoy the Bike Trails, Wineries, Farmyard Zoo, TA Wine Festival, Art Deco & F.A.W.C.

Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.
