Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Sicher erreichbar über ein gemeinsames Stiegenhaus, mit eigenem Eingang. Volle Privatsphäre in einem abgetrennten Bereich, der nur von Dir alleine genützt wird. In unserem Innenhof unterhalb der Festung steht unseren Gästen direkt anschließend an den Wohnraum ein sehr kleiner privater Sitzbereich im Freien zur Verfügung.

Beautiful well-kept apartment with old parquet floors on the first floor of a house from 1938. The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 180 cm), living room, bathroom and cloakroom. A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

The double bed has a size of 180 × 200 cm. Surrounded by various restaurants and the most famous sights of Salzburg, it offers an ideal location to explore Salzburg.

The 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a historic townhouse. A bus stop right in front of the building takes you to the Old Town (a 20-minute walk), the train station, the airport, and many other attractions in just a few minutes. With the included Mobility Card, you can use all public transportation in Salzburg free of charge. The supermarket is also a two-minute walk away.

Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic farmhouse at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is only a leisurely walk from the city center. The Rauchbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own baroque garden, which was first mentioned in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.
