Holiday rentals with beach access in Ain

A lovely apartment in the heart of Annecy. Near Monoprix, Pathe cinema and very close to the old town.

Elodie was super nice and communicative. We loved our stay in Annecy thanks to its spacious, intimate accommodation and close to all tourist activities. This place was a big favorite for us. 🫶Élodie is attentive to our needs and super flexible in making sure our stay is fun at all times. The accommodation is identical to the photos (very modern and clean) and everything was at our disposal for our comfort. If we ever return to Annecy, we will definitely stay with Elodie. We had a very pleasant stay at Valerie and Serge's place. The place is peaceful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the terrace bordering the castle park.

Very pleasantly surprised! Very well located accommodation, private parking with a beep to open the gate. The accommodation was very clean and very well-equipped. The accommodation is literally a 5-minute walk from the lake. the communication was great, frankly thank you, if I come back to Annecy I have my address!

superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

Studio meets the expectations of a short stay! Indeed, it is well thought out, well equipped with in addition, two outdoor terraces to enjoy the space including aperitif/meal and relaxation. Good bedding also to highlight. Located on the heights of Chanaz, it makes it easy to get to this beautiful village even if however a good climb awaits you when you return (I would say 20-25 minutes of effort). The neighborhood is rather quiet and from there, you can quickly go to all the tourist places around Lac du Bourget (beaches, gazebos, Aix les Bains, Canal de Savières, Abbaye d 'Hautecombe...). Alain is a very attentive host, making the stay as easy as possible, very cordial, extremely responsive and unshared kindness (He did not hesitate to go back from the center to the studio my family). He knows his area perfectly with good advice (visits and places). I thank her again and recommend her studio.

We had a lovely week despite the weather. The place is very relaxing, quiet and beautiful. It is ideally placed in view of the activities to do. The cottage is impeccably clean, very modern and functional. The enclosed garden for dogs is welcome and makes it very easy to take them out. Christelle is very friendly, warm and human, we could have stayed chatting for more hours! Thanks!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well furnished studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short, 10/10, thank you again! 🥰

Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. A fantastic apartment in a great location, having the parking was a huge benefit. Close enough to walk to the old town and the lake in minutes. Great host.
