A small seaside house on the waterfront with exclusive views of the Ria de Pontevedra. A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

Villa BlackHouse, located in the village of Marín (Pontevedra, 10 min). Located 5 minutes from the best beaches and with wonderful views of the Ría de Pontevedra. Newly finished open concept villa, spacious and with all amenities. Swimming pool in operation all year and heated from April to October. All rooms with bathroom included (3 in total and 1 with Jacuzzi), plus a bathroom apart from shared use.

Janitor's Apartment (102)

Apartamento do Caseiro is made with my own hands with a lot of love. It is located in a village called Aios and located at the top of the valley with good views of the estuary, being centrally located to travel to Sanxenxo, Portonovo, O Grove. The beaches are close, but it's almost better to use a motor or battery vehicle to get there more easily. I invite you to try it out!!
