100-year-old log cabin

A 100-year-old rebuilt log sauna cabin in the tranquility of the countryside. A good night's sleep is guaranteed by a futon mattress and the opportunity to enjoy the sauna in the warmth of the wood stove while admiring the lake from the landscape window, in the summer you swim in the clean-watered lake, in the winter you jump into a refreshing ice hole. You wash with water heated with a traditional bucket. The needs are done in the outdoor toilet. There is no rush here, but the rest of the world is forgotten. Still, only a half-hour drive from the city's services.

The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

Accommodation outside the Kuopio urban area. A peaceful area close to nature and in the tranquility of the countryside. About 25 km to the center of Kuopio. The accommodation is best for those who drive. The apartment is the smaller end of a semi-detached house, a studio. There is room for two or three guests. If necessary, the folding mattress can be used as an extra bed. For example, a private sauna with an electric stove. Linen is provided, the cleaning fee covers the cleaning and linen fee.

Mökissä tupa, parvi, keittiö, jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, ruoanlaitto ja ruokailuastiat. Terassilla ruokaryhmä, kaasugrilli ja keittolevy. Rantasaunalla lisähuone erillisellä sisäänkäynnillä. Laituritasanne, jossa tuli- ja grillauspaikka sekä ruokaryhmä. Käyttövesi pumpuilla terasseille, ruokavesi kanistereissa valmiina. Hyvä, lovasti syvenevä, aurinkoinen heikkaranta.

Ranta-Mäntylä sijaitsee kauniin ja kalaisan järven (Kallavesi) rannalla, luonnon helmassa, kotimme pihapiirissä, vain 25 min ajomatkan päässä kaupungeista Kuopio ja Leppävirta. Kohteeseen kuuluu kaksi rakennusta. Lämmitetyssä mökissä majoittuu mukavasti kaksi henkilöä. Nukkuma-aitassa on kesäaikana nukkumapaikat kahdelle. Majoittujien käytössä on grilli, sup-lauta ja soutuvene. Kylpytynnyrin käytöstä lisämaksu. Varaathan kylpytynnyrin etukäteen.
