Quiet and well-heated place in winter In the immediate surroundings we find Fort Albertino, the swimming pond for the summer, the skating rink for the winter bars, restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, bank and pharmacy. Just a few minutes' drive away, the Stura valley offers fantastic mountain excursions.

Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).
