Holiday rentals with beach access in Ajman

There is a reason this place hosted with Gintare is a super-host. It was a very smooth experience from first minute checked in till last minute checking out. The place has unique view of open sea, private quiet beach and pool and good gym facilities. Everything we needed for a relaxed time spent was there. Would definitely go there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment with my family during our much-needed vacation after two years of hard work. The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to offer support when we encountered a minor issue. The apartment was spotless, with top-notch cleaning and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. The location truly exceeded our expectations, with access to more than three pools, a well-equipped gym, and a beautifully clean, serviced beach. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again in the future.

إقامة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة! الشقة جميلة جداً، نظيفة ومرتبة، وتحتوي على كل الاحتياجات – من أثاث مريح إلى أدوات مطبخ متكاملة. الإطلالة ساحرة على الشاطئ وعين دبي، وكل الغرف والصالة تطل مباشرة على البحر، ما أضاف أجواءً مميزة للإقامة. الموقع مثالي، كل شيء قريب: مطاعم، كافيهات، ممشى جميل، وحتى خدمات التوصيل وتطبيقات الأجرة مثل أوبر وكريم متوفرة بسهولة عند مدخل المبنى، ما يجعل التنقل سهلاً جداً حتى بدون سيارة. تجربتنا كانت أكثر تميزاً بفضل التعامل الراقي من الأخ باسل، الذي كان سريع الرد ومتعاون جداً، وكذلك الأخ رامي الذي تابع معنا طوال فترة الإقامة وحرص على راحتنا. أنصح بالشقة وبشدة، وبالتأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى!

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment in Dubai! The location is absolutely perfect ، just steps away from a beautiful beach and with a stunning pool that made my mornings feel like a dream. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Daniel was an amazing host ، very respectful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! I’ll definitely be coming back again. It was a very fine and pleasant experience, Kamran was very reachable and kind, the rooms are clean and neat! And it gives you an access to the pool and the beach which is amazing! Won’t be my last visit for sure 👍🏻

Eric's place is fantastic. I had planned to stay for 3 days and extended this to 9. Eric was very accommodating on the extension and also the late check out requested. The views from the apartment were outstanding, 24hr grocery store at the bottom of the building and direct access to the Marina / Restaurants. Gym and Pool were great additions to the stay. If I come back to Dubai this will be the first place I look.

Amazing place and very close to the beach. The environment very calm and relaxing away from crowded places. Very close to restaurants and attractions with a very comfortable environment. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to everyone.

We stayed as a group of five families and felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The place was exceptionally clean, and all essentials like toiletries, bed linens, and more were thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was also well-equipped. The pool was a highlight, especially with its colorful lighting and small fountain, creating a relaxing ambiance. The direct beach access was an added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the house and truly enjoyed every moment!

I got what I really expected, communication was great and meeting my requirements was precise. It was such a smooth stay.

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

scenic location, a dream of spending a few days in palm Jumeirah, a man made island fulfilled... swimming pool, beach at back, Corniche at front, well equipped apartment. a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Ho trascorso 14 giorni fantastici nell’alloggio di Maha! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La zona è tranquilla e ben collegata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare i dintorni. Maha è stata un’host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. Mi sono sentito davvero a casa. Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio e non esiterei a tornarci in futuro!
