Umran, was a gracious, caring and helpful host. He was super responsive and accommodated all our requests in a way that felt authentic. The property itself was comfortable, clean and modern. It had all the things we needed. The area has a lot of local shops and restraunts and served out needs well. Lovely place and one of the best locations for easy access to everywhere

Laurie was a lovely host. She sent detailed instructions on how to get into the flat, the amenities in the building, instructions for devices in the house. it was very thorough. The flat itself is quite spacious amd is in a very good location in Business Bay. The balcony in the living room overlooks a horse training course and one of the windows in the bedrpom has partial views of the canal. All in all, a great experience.

Feriel place was amazing in walking distance of so many locations and attractions , he was attentive and responsive to any questions I’ve asked . In side the property had hi many things to keep you occupied and the kitchen. Was well equipped one of my favorite parts . I would book again a super plus on the views of the beqcg and Marina !

A beautiful, new apartment located right next to the footbridge on the Dubai Water Canal. Ideally located for Jumeirah and easy to get around Dubai. Simple checkin process with the building concierge. Felix was a great host too - very responsive and helpful. Thanks! Top tip - if you stay here and like Chinese food, try Chinese Pavilion restaurant, it’s a five minute walk from the apartment by the canal, and the food is just fantastic.

stayed in Mohammad place for over a month with my husband and had a great stay. The place has everything you need, the gym was well equipped and really convenient. Pool area is very nice. Was very impressed with how responsive Mohammad was. Anytime we had a concern he responded right away and was very attentive. Recommend staying here! Arjan is a nice place to stay in and convenient

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Overall, a memorable and welcoming stay that I’d happily recommend

Great clean and central place with very good amenities included.

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!

Very well located accommodation 50m from the beach and free public parking on the street. popular but very respectful neighborhood. Lots of food on the street very clean and cheap. bakery on the corner of the delicious street with patisserie and bread baked on site. The building has an elevator. Point to improve the kitchen is old and lacks storage in the bathroom. The host is very responsive ,very welcoming and who answers all our questions. Namely:mosquee opposite and we hear the call to the prayer on laube
