This house is a 2LDK container house in front of Mogami Park, about a 2-minute walk from the Otaru Tenguyama Ropeway boarding area.All rooms have a view of the sea, but the view from the wood terrace on the rooftop is particularly spectacular, overlooking Otaru Port, Ishikari Bay, and the Masuke area on the opposite shore.The building is fully renovated and very clean.It is also equipped with other facilities and minimum equipment, so please feel free to spend time with your family or for long-term stays. (Accommodation type) The parking lot can accommodate about 4 regular vehicles (about 2 camping cars or large vehicles). The front road is heated, so it's safe even in winter! Ideal for skiing and snowboarding in winter.(There are 6 ski resorts within 30 minutes by car.About 90 minutes to the Niseko area, famous for its snow resorts) In summer, you can enjoy mountain climbing, camping, fishing, etc., in spring you can enjoy the cherry blossoms of Mogami Park, and in autumn you can enjoy the autumn leaves.(Otari Shio Festival fireworks display is also visible) The Tenguyama Ski Resort, which is a 2-minute walk, is crowded in both summer and winter. From Otaru Station, you can take the JR or a bus to Sapporo, New Chitose Airport, and Hokkaido's ballpark (S-Kon Field).
