This home is just a 2-minute walk from Suma Beach and can accommodate up to 6 adults. Infants are free. This modern, newly built house is located in Suma Station, a resort in Kobe. There is also free parking outside the premises (2-minute walk), making it an ideal location for sightseeing in various places. There is a relaxing space on the rooftop, but we do not allow BBQ parties or drinking parties. Only a 2-minute walk from JR Suma station Excellent access to major tourist spots and transportation. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train. The 3rd floor is the main bedroom, the 2nd floor is the living room, the 1st floor is the bedroom and the inner garage that you can use freely, and the rooftop has a sky balcony with a view of the beach. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door will be open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train. Parking is not available on-site, so please use the pay parking lots nearby. The second floor is the main accommodation room, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely. It can be used by a wide range of people, from couples and friends to families with small children and business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large grass terrace facing the sea on the premises ♪ (Please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
