The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Joikun Lumo by Hi Ylläs

This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Rentoudu rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä Nilituvassa, Nilivaaran alueella. Nilivaara on Kesänkitunturin kupeessa. Kesällä ulkoilureitit lähtevät muutaman sadan metrin päästä ja talvella hiihtoladut sekä talvipolut. Vierailun hintaan sisältyy aina päiväretkitarvikkeet (reppu, kaasukeitin, pannu, kuksat, termospullo, tulitikut) sekä talvisin lumikengät ja sauvat. Täällä pääset rauhalliseen ympäristöön, joka on lähellä palveluja. Asunto sijaitsee n.2 km Jounin Kaupalta ja palveluiden keskittymästä.

Visitors can enjoy year-round activities: hiking, berry picking, fishing and kayaking in summer, with skiing just minutes away at Ylläs Ski Resort in winter. Shops & restaurants are within walking distance.

This cozy minihome was built in November 2024 and is set in the peaceful nature of Lapland, just a 30-minute drive from Levi and about 1 km from Lake Jerisjärvi. It features a fireplace, AC, underfloor heating, fast WiFi (100mb/s), a shower and a freezer toilet. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults on a sofa bed. Shared amenities include a lean-to shelter with fireplace, a rowing boat on Lake Jerisjärvi, maintained ski and snowshoe trails in winter, and a sledding hill with free sleds.

Pallas – Yllästunturin kansallispuiston välittömässä läheisyydessä, Jerisjärven rannalla. Hyvin varusteltu mökki sijaitsee pienessä lomakylässä Jeris Hotellin lähellä. Mökissä on sauna, nukkumapaikat neljälle parisänky ja levitettävä sohva kahdelle tupakeittiössä (uusittu 11/2025). Vieressä Arctic Sauna World ja hiihtoladut.
