Early morning chorus in the outdoor shower overlooking Norway's largest lake (April to October). Or refreshing beach bath in walking distance (700 m). The kitchen garden or picking berries before breakfast (summer), coffee on the bed with the tranquility of spectacular forest and lake views. Good food and play in the garden, or unforgettable glimpses of the wild animals of the forest?

Distance to Hadeland Glassverk is 25 min. Kistefos museum, 28 mins. 5 min by car to grocery stores (Bunnpris, open holidays) and 2 train stations. There is also a small slalom slope. Fantastic location with unobstructed views of Norway's largest lake, Mjøsa. 30 minutes from Oslo Airport, Gardermoen and approx. 50 minutes from Oslo city center. You sleep in the living room (there is no separate bedroom), where there is a double bed. Stabburet is part of a farm that has been significantly upgraded in recent years and offers accommodation, participation in the cultivation of vegetables. Events are held from time to time. Great hiking areas. Rental of 2 electric bicycles and 2 kayaks.

Koti is Finnish for home - after a night here, it makes sense. On the Huser Gård estate (1760), this mirrored cabin sits on the riverbank, reflecting sky and water until it dissolves into the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling glass, double bed, private infinity jacuzzi facing the river. No running water inside - shower, toilet, sauna in the barn 50m away, 1-min walk. Free 1-hr sauna included; river's there for a cold plunge. Alpacas, ponies outside. Canoe, bikes free. Pets welcome.

Welcome to Veslestua – a unique gem by Hemnessjøen in Aurskog-Høland! Here you can experience idyllic nature, fishing and swimming, forest walks, elk safari and bird watching. Veslestua is a cozy and historic building that gives you a real sense of life in the countryside. Please note that Veslestua has electricity, but no running water. Drinking water is available in containers and bottles. The toilet is a Cinderella incineration toilet.
