Villa holiday rentals in Akrotiri

This was my 4th stay here along with friends 1st stay. As always a great stay and no problems what so ever. Peaceful relaxing break, with everything we needed, and thank you for allowing one of the guests to check out later due to a late flight back. Looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. The villa was gorgeous! Even more spacious than it looks in the photos show. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children and it was more than enough space with a main bathroom and large en suite, plus a huge living area. We loved the outdoor seating spaces and playing in the pool. Alexis was the perfect host, always quick to reply and answer any queries. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath which we needed for the kids so Alexis arranged to have one delivered the next day! We enjoyed the twin arches restaurant, the Buccaneer pub and visiting Kourion beach.

There were only two of us on this trip, but we wanted space to spread out, which this lovely little villa gave us. There was a great sized pool with excellent seating around - including smart wooden loungers and a modern dining table and chairs. The villa was spotless and suited our needs perfectly. A welcome pack and lots of towels were kindly provided by Stavros the owner. Stavros was an amazing host - he responded to messages quickly, dealt with any questions promptly and visited early on to make sure everything was ok. He even helped us out with a taxi service when we asked (managed by his niece and nephew - who were also great). We needed a car - I have a slight heart condition and was unable to walk to restaurants etc, but my husband did and it took him about 20 minutes to get into Pissouri village - steep hill. Having our car was great for trips to Paphos, local golf courses, etc but having access to taxis was great for night’s out. Overall lovely villa and holiday

The house is exactly as described. Great location and superb view from the outdoor area. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and very proactive in making sure you are all set. Great experience overall.

Fabulous place. It was a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. Nearby restaurants at Aphrodite Hill resort we're lovely but it was really easy to get to alternative local eateries. Close to the major road between Paphos and Limassol we were able to get to both quickly. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Absolutely outstanding guest experience! I will start from the fact that the host was amazing – always available, pleasant, caring and attentive to any question or request, with a warm attitude that is really not obvious. The villa itself is huge, spacious and luxurious. Every detail has been carefully designed – it feels like everything has been thought of here. Nothing was missing, not even the smallest things. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, with everything you need – just walk in and feel at home. The living room is very large and cozy, ideal for relaxing evenings, including a smart TV and strong WiFi. The air conditioning system worked great, and there was always hot water in the showers. The rooms and toilet were brilliant with cleanliness – just right. The sheets and towels were clean, and really boutique folded. The pool – just a dream: very big, clean, with excellent temperature water. Outside there are comfortable sitting areas, a BBQ area is invested. The place is very accessible, quiet and private – perfect for those looking for peace and relaxation. There is private parking inside the villa plus lots of parking available on the street. Arrival was very simple – about35 minutes from Larnaca airport and about20 minutes from the center of Limassol. I would definitely come back Suitable for a group and also a family(families with children- the pool is not fenced) Thanks a lot!

We enjoyed our stay at Andreas’ villa. The location is quite nice, residential and quiet. The beach is quite close-by but easier to reach by car than on foot. The check in was quite straightforward and communication was very timely. Philippos was always very responsive and any issues were quickly addressed. The pool is great and gets cleaned regularly. The only area of improvement we can highlight is the condition of the bathrooms, especially the ensuite - ideally it gets renovated as there is some significant wear and tear. That being said, we had a great time and will definitely consider going back!

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

I stayed at this villa for 3 days and it was absolutely perfect — the most beautiful and relaxing private villa I’ve ever experienced. Everything was spotlessly clean and the design is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The atmosphere was peaceful and felt like a true escape. The host was fantastic — always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. If you're looking for a serene, high-quality stay with total privacy, I highly recommend this place. I’d love to come back!

We had a fantastic time at the house! Furkat was always ready and available. We had a few issues with the AC as the apartment was new but Furkat was able to arrange to have the issue resolved very quickly (on a Sunday in the middle of August). Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality!

If you are looking for a beautiful traditional house nested in the Cypriot hills then look no further. Our wedding party felt at home and very comfortable during our stay and the pool was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Lenos & Mrs Demetra have been so helpful. We will definitely come again, let us know best way to book.

It is a cozy house in a mountain village, with everything you need for a holiday. The location is beautiful, too. Just 100 meters from the door, you're exposed to an eye-catching mountain valley view.

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at such a beautiful villa. We are familiar with the area so for us was very easy to find and to get around. Beverley is an amazing host and responds to any questions extremely quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this for a lovely peaceful holiday. We ❤️ Cyprus.

we had a thrill renting graham's place, truly beautiful villa extremely spacious and modern with a beautiful swimming pool and lots of amenities and services, there's an available gas operated grill and a charcoal one too. we didn't expect to find this many games and movies/activities it was amazing. Definitely recommend, would go again
