Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Akumal

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

If you are able to book this incredible location, DO IT! Perfect location, beautiful outdoor space, wonderful interior design, EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Mirko is a tremendous host! His recommendations were SO incredibly valuable and spot-on! We were so relieved to have such wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants; not having to spend time researching on where to eat and what to do was PRICELESS. We can't thank Mirko enough!

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

We loved the airbnb and stayed in the pool. I do love how the master bedroom had its own separate side and how everyone had access to the pool from their side of the home.

We stayed at Casa Maeva for six nights and absolutely loved it. This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and the beachfront location was stunning. Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside in the evening under the palapa. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. The house manager, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed while we were there. The only downide was that there was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach while we were there - obviously nothing the owners could do about that. But it does omit an odor and made beach going on the entire eastern coast pretty undesirable. We hopped on the ferry and went over to Cozumel one day to get clear beaches. I highly recommend Casa Maeva, but would advise guests to check sargassum during the time of year they are booking their trip.

Amazing, beautiful, peaceful. Everything you could desire from a beach vacation home and more. Guillermo is amazing and helpful with any requests. Snorkeling is steps away from the property with clear blue waters filled with tropical fish, sting rays, even barracudas! We loved snorkeling just past the pier. We loved getting to cook all of our own meals with quick trips to town for Cheap groceries at both the mega mart and chedraui. We rented a car for the whole trip, but there were taxis everywhere. Renting a boat to snorkeling the reef is a Must. We have found a home away from home here. I've never experienced a property with this kind of hospitality and serenity before.

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s we have stayed at so far! The place was clean and so nice! It was quiet and relaxing and extremely spacious!!! When we come back we will most certainly be booking this Airbnb again if it’s available!!!!

We had a lovely stay. Condo was perfect and exactly as explained. Bring some laundry detergent with you. Only downside was it wasn’t walkable to anything so you have to have a car but we knew this in advance. Akumal is 5 min away and Tulum is 20-40 depending on where you want to go. Lilian was super responsive and helpful.

Staying at this Airbnb was the right decision. The place is incredibly beautiful, as i have never seen such a uniquely built compound. The hosts are the best when it comes to communication, since they always replied less than half an hour from any message i sent them. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just take into account that the road to the compound is very bad and bumpy and that there are a lot of bugs outdoors since you are in the jungle.

This place was even more beautiful than the pictures! It’s a safe haven, the plunge pool is a dream to have as México weather is extremely hot. The loft is so spacious, clean, and nice and cold. The area it’s in great because as soon as you step out you can get a taxi at any second. The reception here was great they are so helpful and responsive at all times. I’d definitely come back to stay here again my next time back to tulum!

The place was great! Just like the pictures. The building is also very good, we felt safe. The amenities were awesome. Having gone during the sargassum period, the terrace was ideal since we could still enjoy the sun with the pools and the bar. Ryan is a very good host, communication was excellent and he responded very quickly to the questions we had. 10/10 for Ryan and the accommodation. It is also well located, a few minutes' walk from Quinta Avenida. It's not in the most "touristy" part of Playa del Carmen, but we liked this aspect, because it was a quieter place. 😊

I just returned from a trip with my teen daughter and we had the best time at this airbnb. We felt extremely safe on the property and the location was great with many options for food/coffee/drinks within a short walk. The accommodations looked better than the pictures even! It was clean, quiet and had a beautiful aesthetic. The AC was convenient and kept us cool at night. The outside patio was nice to have and was also decorated very tastefully. We used the (shared) pool a lot but honestly we had it to ourselves most of the time. The patio furniture was comfortable with both sunny and shady options. Overall I would give a 10/10 and would highly recommend. I hope to have the opportunity to visit again in the future!!

We stayed at several AirBnbs on our recent adventure to Tulum, and our stay at Casa Arca was by far the greatest highlight of them all! From the incredible hospitality during our initial check in (complete with wine, fruit, and fresh juices from the local market!), to the extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood nestled right next door to all the wellness activities at Holistika, we immediately felt comfortable and right at home. We never wanted to leave! The home is impeccably clean, and is so well-appointed that it’s stocked with everything you could ever possibly need while on vacation. A true home away from home. We absolutely loved spending sunsets on the rooftop, and lazy mornings in the incredibly comfortable master bed. The home is just like you see in the photos, yet somehow so much more amazing when you get to see it in person. Huge shout out to the very responsive and helpful management team! We hope to be back to visit again soon!!

The place is wonderful and our host was great as well. Location is perfect, it is a beachfront property so you always wake up to the sound of the waves and the birds. The place is a walk distance of restaurants and cafes so it made our life so much easier.

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

This was a vacation 16 years in the making and we wanted it to be special. Three generations of our family would be traveling together and we need the accommodations to be better than good. We needed them to be remarkable. You read the descriptions and see the photos when deciding on a place to stay, and sometimes they are accurate enough. Jaclyn's photos and description of the property did not do it justice. The condo, the property, and the staff were so far beyond our expectations, I can't even begin to say enough. I don't think we've ever stayed anywhere in our years of traveling that I would make the comment that the gardens and the view alone were enough to warrant a 5-star review. All said, the condo was light, spacious, and comfortable. The decor was beautiful and displayed the talents of the local people. Everything you could need is provided. We'll never forget our stay at Jaclyn's little slice of paradise on the Riviera Maya. Hopefully we'll return again soon!

Chris’s apartment was exactly as described – very clean, well-kept, and beautifully furnished. Communication was excellent; whenever we had a question, we received a quick response. The shared pool was cleaned daily and was almost always quiet and nearly empty. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

my stay was excellent, everything was very clean the impeccable bathroom, the kitchen very equipped and clean, it is surrounded by nature, the pool is excellent, especially the pool that is located on the upper floor has a wonderful view to the sea and the jungle. Truly incredible, there was no one else but us, The beach of the club beach has a lot of Roca, they are however, the pool and the excellent facilities. i recommend going by own car and passing before arriving for the food and drinks that you are going to occupy because there is nothing to buy in el.lugar. it is a 15 minute drive to akumal beach to visit all day and swim with the turtles was an unforgettable experience! and half an hour from Playa del Carmen and Tulim, it is in a strategic place to move. Fernando always very attentive to my stay, always answered all my calls, 100% recommended
