Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Blue Deer Residences! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care. Lesley was an amazing host—so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by giving us fantastic local recommendations and even helped with making reservations and bookings. To ensure our 7-month old daughter was comfortable, Lesley provided a pack-n-play and ordered a baby bath tub and high chair just for us - talk about above and beyond! Her staff was equally exceptional—professional, kind, and always one step ahead in taking care of our every need - truly top notch service from the housekeeping ladies, maintenance staff, Victor and Dayvis! The property itself is stunning, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had an amazing stay at Susan’s place in Tulum! The house was perfect for our large group of 12 - spacious enough for everyone to hang out together but also have their own private areas when needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to buy groceries and cook meals at home. The property felt very secure, and there was convenient parking for those who had cars. The on-site staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A huge shoutout to Susan, who went above and beyond by helping me plan a dinner party for 21 people! Everything - from the food and staff to the location and DJ - was a total hit. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Tulum, especially if you're traveling with a group. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

I absolutely loved the Airbnb and the hosts! I would definitely rebook every time I visit Tulum. The water pressure was a bit low and slightly salty, but I understand that’s expected when staying in a jungle environment. The hosts were super attentive, especially when it came to helping with transportation, reservations, and recommendations. The maintenance team was also amazing—quick, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful air bnb. The place looked exactly like what was shown in the pictures. Rachel and Rodrigo were punctual with their replies and helpful in coordinating events for our stay. The only downside was the water temperatures in the showers were either too hot or too cold. We contacted Rachel and she sent help right away. Overall, we really enjoyed our mini get away in Tulum and would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone!

Spent my bachelorette party at Villa Mayan Breeze and it was the best weekend ever! Easy check-in, awesome location steps from the beach, and the hosts gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. 10/10 would book again. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend with my best friends!

Jeff was a wonderful host. Very great at communicating and answering every question we had. His instructions were also very thorough and easy to understand. The inspire care takers Eric and his wife Paula were outstanding. Very polite and extremely hard working. The house is in a more remote area and offered us privacy while still being able to enjoy breathtaking views!

This is the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation that provides great proximity to tons of fun activities along the riviera maya while also feeling very private and secluded. Quiet, beautiful, and spacious living accommodations made it easy for us to gather as a large group and take space when we needed! Juan was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our trip and gave us great recommendations for activities, transportation and food. Every morning, our beach was pristine thanks to the groundskeeper’s early beach raking and the house was totally organized and clean by Maria before lunch. Private catering was incredible and the chefs accommodated some challenging dietary restrictions easily. We highly recommend having a grocery order delivered before arrival so that you can start enjoying the space immediately!! The beach was super safe for our smaller children as was the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Air bnb hostess was Odette, she was outstanding, always prompt to respond and so nice and cordial. We give her a 10+. It was a pleasure to deal with her. This property is breathtaking, gorgeous, spacious and in an unbeatable location . We got Chef Rodrigo and his right hand Cesar, you won’t want to leave the house to eat at a restaurant since their food is amazing, so beautifully presented and delicious and very generous portions. We rented a boat which picked us up right at the dock at our backyard. They have paddle boards and a full equipped gym. Can’t really say enough about our stay. You have to experience it . Since the moment you land, people greet you with a smile at the airport, car rental , restaurants, marina etc. great Vacation Viva Mexico 🇲🇽

My husband and I stayed for a weekend, the place is as described in the publication, surrounded by the sounds of nature, a divine place to rest and meditate. The best thing is that it is petfriendly and I was able to enjoy the place with my kitten. Liz is very kind, always attentive to our needs she offered us a spa service on the property with a slight extra cost which is totally worth it because it complements the experience of relaxation of the environment, I would definitely return. Super recommended.

Casa Wabi was a very pleasant refuge that fully met my expectations. It's located about halfway between town and the beach which makes morning and evening pursuits (swimming, shopping, dining) easy; a couple of fine restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful (all the photos are truthful), very well designed and comfortable inside, sparingly furnished, there is a large swimming pool, the caretakers provide excellent garden and pool service and household upkeep. Rapha especially went out of her way to help us with a couple of issues we had with our car rental. You need a car, preferably an SUV, because many streets/roads in the Tulum area are in bad shape (there is major construction work around Tulum and the area will soon look like Cancun).

Delighted with the place, as seen in the photos or maybe better, it is very beautiful, the security of the place, it is a gated community, they ask you for a code to enter the area and inside there is everything you need, different restaurants and others. I highly recommend it.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our vacation very much. Was so nice to come home each evening after exploring to a beautiful pool and handcrafted cocktails. Such a nice space. Panza restaurant (onsite) had wonderful food and very friendly and helpful staff. Love the idea of incorporating resident artists and wellness into the Aflora concept. Aldea Zama was a good location for us. Was able to bike to Tulum Town as well as the beaches and Tulum ruins. Booked a cenote and cooking tour with a local guide via airbnb experiences. Was one of the highlights of our trip! 100% recommend staying here responsive and helpful hosts!:)

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure

The location is very quiet, peaceful and safe. The room we were given is beautiful and comfortable. My son and I enjoyed our stay. We were greeted with a delicious agua de papaya. We also tried a meal prepared by the host and it was delicious!

It was our first time in tulum! The place was as described, even beautiful in person, very tropical and full of nature. The host managing the property was very responding when having questions or issues. Transportation was available for any of our drop ups and pick ups. They even had a massage on property. They were very professional and the best massage I have ever had. We also attended a ancestral ceremony, which was very amazing and unique. Overall everybody there was helpful and very kind. I highly recommend the location. I look forward to my next Visit!
