Majid was a great host. guided us good. the place was clean n cozy 2bhk.. All the amenities was available like a hotel stay. A grocery store and eatery at the adjacent building. calm and peaceful locality. I loved the internet and netflix..

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Great stay everything was spotless and the owner’s response to anything was very fast. The apartment was very easy to access and the hallway was also very nice and clean.

staying at Yahya's place felt like staying at your friends house. Yahya actually invited me for sheesha and we had a great conversation about Oman and family. the place was great and especially the neighborhood. would definitely come back and recommend.

Was such a wonderful stay, The appartment is spacious, super clean and tidy with a touch of creativity in each corner, right on the beach surrounded with mountains and turquoise beach and with a huge terrace fully equipped with BBRQ and beautiful plants. Karin was a wonderful host made everything easy from start to finish we loved this place and we will definitely be back.

My stay at Mahmood’s place was pleasant. The space was clean and generally well-kept, which made for a comfortable experience. Mahmood was responsive and helpful when I had questions, and communication was smooth throughout. Overall, it was a decent stay and I appreciated the host’s attentiveness.

Excellent place for families. Area seems new but there are numerous facilities closeby (restaurant, grocery store, coffee shop, etc.)

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect to discover the city. Close by is a beautiful shopping and dining area. Another highlight is the great pool area in the apartment complex. We recommend the apartment.

i cannot describe how it felt staying in this apartment, it was exactly how its been described beautiful, cozy and clean, the location of the apartment is perfect, everything was literally near the place and most importantly there is a nearby laundry and they offer 24/7 service and free delivery to the place, they we’re very friendly with us, the host is very nice and friendly she even left us Eid gift in first Eid day which was a very nice surprise from her and this left an emotional touch in our hearts especially that we are away from our home, cleaning services was done 2 times a week during our stay and this mostly not offered by other places, for 11 nights i felt like home and definitely i will stay in the same place in future. to the host me and my friends would like to Thank you for making our trip more pleasant ❤️

Our stay at Hilal's was perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hilal was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Getting a taxi was easy, as pick up was just a few steps away from the building. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Muscat.

The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculately maintained, offering everything we needed and more. The decor was stylish yet cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. What truly made our stay remarkable was Mr. Khaled's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience make him an outstanding host. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Khaled's apartment and wish him all the very best. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, well maintained, convenient and well priced, look no further. This apartment is an excellent place to stay in Muscat, centrally located and within 30 minutes drive of many local attractions. At the same time, it is peaceful and allows you to get away from the busy city when you want to relax. Everything worked with no issue, and was as advertised. Hassaan was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, he even stocked the fridge with enough bottled water to last two people for three days and provided fresh fruit and snacks free of charge. He and his team were always on hand to help and provide recommendations for our stay. If I am ever to visit Muscat again, this will surely be the first place I look to book
