O experiență de neuitat!” Am avut parte de un sejur excelent la Exclusive Holiday Homes. Apartamentul este exact ca în poze – curat, modern și foarte bine dotat, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Locația este perfectă, aproape de atracțiile principale și într-o zonă liniștită. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost impecabilă – mereu disponibilă, amabilă și atentă la detalii. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu toată încrederea această locație celor care caută o experiență relaxantă și de calitate.

Ich bin seit 3 Monaten in Dubai und war schon in 11 verschiedenen RBnB Unterkünften. Das zweite mal war ich jetzt bei Ferhat in einem seiner Unterkünfte und muss gestehen, dieser Mann weiß genau was er tut. Alles was er macht, macht er mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft, welcher sich in seinen Appartements widerspiegelt. Er achtet auf viele Details, welche den Gast rundum zufrieden und glücklich stellen. Ich habe mich in dem komplett neurenovierten Appartement sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würde in Zukunft jedes seiner Appartements blind anmieten und immer wiederkommen 👌

Pro: - Die Unterkunft sieht exakt aus wie auf den Bildern. - sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. - überall dimmbares Licht. Macht eine tolle Atmosphäre. - Kommunikation über WA war immer schnell. - Check-In und Out war einfach und unkompliziert. - die Größe für drei Pärchen ist ideal. - genug Platz für mehrere Autos direkt vor dem Haus. (Wir hatten 1) Contra: - wir hatten die ersten zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser. Die Behebung dieses Problems dauerte leider zu lange, auch wenn die Antworten über WA schnell kamen, wurden wir immer wieder hingehalten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es vor jedem Badezimmer ein Schalter für Warmwasser gibt, den man rechtzeitig anschalten muss damit sich das Wasser erhitzt. Das haben wir selber erst am vorletzten Tag herausgefunden da die Kontaktperson es scheinbar selber nicht wusste. - direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle die ab Vormittag mit Lärm beginnt. Die Unterkunft können wir trotz der zwei Negativen Punkte absolut weiter empfehlen 👍🏼

Luxury Apartment Bluewaters

Very friendly and responsive host. The area felt like a little bubble of peace. Apartment was also clean and hats off to Maya for the Interior design. The Air quality is also a lot better from what you would expect from Dubai. If you want to break away from the chaos of Dubai this is the place Looking forward to come back when I’m back in Dubai!
