Waterfront holiday rentals in Ala Moana Beach

Tommy's Airbnb was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Timmy was very responsive when we reached out to him with questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this AirBnB! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and within easy walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. One of the absolute highlights was the lanai: the views are breathtaking, especially during the Waikiki Friday night fireworks. Watching the show from the comfort of the lanai while crowds gathered below was something we'll never forget. A heads up for anyone with a rental car—parking can be a bit tricky. We ended up purchasing a parking pass at the lot directly across the street for about $275 (monthly rate), which worked well for our weeklong stay. Just check in with the attendant in the parking shack for the most up-to-date info. Overall, this spot gave us a great mix of comfort, views, and unbeatable access to Waikiki. Highly recommend!

We considered Dre's place a home away from home! It was very comfortable, had all the amenities we needed- and then some! Dre thought of everything to welcome us, and we so appreciated it. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was great to cook in, the lanai was such a relaxing place to sit and watch the sunrise- we loved it all. When we come back, we'll definitely try to stay here again! Thanks, Dre!!

Good location, walkable to Ala Moana Shopping Center and other restaurants/stores. Both elevators were working when we arrived so that helped allay some concerns posted by previous guests. The apartment was well-stocked, smaller than I expected (I would not recommend the space for more than 2 adults) but adequate for a stay where we were out and about most of the day. In-room washer/dryer was the gamechanger and really helped not having to go to the common area especially since the elevators could be slow. Pool and hot tub were a little small and not very aesthetically-pleasing (they were located on the ground floor, not many chairs, but serviceable if you had kids who wanted to play). Lots of instructions to get in which was fine. The door code locks you out after 3 wrong entries which seems a little restrictive but we managed. Overall nice touched with the chocolates, kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay, and it was a good experience.

Going to Hawaii for the first time, we wanted to be sure to have a view of the ocean. We didn't want to risk a "partial ocean view" or no view at all. Danielle and Annie's place is on the second level directly overlooking the harbor and beyond that, palm trees and the ocean. Nothing but boats and ocean in the view. The airbnb is located directly above a bar/restaurant that had live music every night from 7-9 that fit right into the yacht view. The music wasn't loud and made sitting on the balcony even more pleasant. And the sound could be tuned out by going inside and hitting the ac. The place was minutes from the beach, Friday night fireworks and sunsets visible from the balcony. Waikiki beach was a bit further, but still walkable. Lots of food options nearby. The apartment was clean and modern - would go back tomorrow!

The condo is in a great location, mostly away from the busy-ness of the area while still feeling convenient. The place was decorated nicely, had all the amenities we needed, close walking to shopping and close driving to the Ala Moana mall. Comfortable beds, though we didn't love the pillows. TV had streaming access and though we didn't have access to the balcony due to construction, we didn't miss it. Our family stayed at the turquoise hotel next door and we were grateful to not be over there as it was way busier and chaotic than Colin and Lisa's place. That other hotel offers coffee and restaurants that are easy to walk over to without having to go on the street so that was a plus. Love the walkability of their condo and ease of getting in and out of Waikīkī. Would def come back and stay again!

We loved staying at Andrew’s airbnb. He was a great host and responded to us quickly and kindly making us feel welcome. The home felt comfortable, clean and modern and had a great kitchen set up making it feel homely. It was easy walking distance to the beach (and the beach trolley, chairs and umbrella were very handy). Many shops and restaurants all easily walking distance too. Would recommend Andrew’s home and would stay again.

This location is probably the most ideal location in Honolulu. The beach is right outside behind the building and so many restaurants and stores in walking distance. The host was great and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to just grab a few groceries and cook if wanted! I definitely saved this location. Book with confidence! On Friday nights they have fireworks at 7:45 right behind the building on the beach. Amazing stay!!

Great condo and we enjoyed our stay. Great location and view of the ocean. Everything was as described/pictured and Mouy was quick to respond to messages.

Absolutely loved it. Beautiful views, very cute spot to stay right in the mix of restaurants, beach walks, coffee shops, breweries and more. Kim was super responsive, proactively reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay and made us feel super comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay. Great home base to explore the island.

Great location, was 1 min walk from the beach. Lots of local food spots and easy walk to main downtown area. Checking was quick and easy. Jeff and Karen communicated well and replied quickly. Parking is tough in this area, just a heads up if you rent a car :)

Maria was a great host. Condo was explained perfectly! She was very responsive. The condo was as described and very clean. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything. The condo was well equipped. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great asset that we used daily. “Not that we felt unsafe in anyway” but Security was impeccable here! You cannot open the doors to the lobby, or get on the elevator without using a key fob. The a/c worked great. The pool and the hot tub were clean and hot! The convenient store in the building was a great go to for anything we forgot. You won’t regret staying here.

I had a great stay at this unit. Awesome location as it’s close to restaurants, stores, and the beaches are only a 5 minute walk. Host is very considerate to provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and even a boogie board! The unit was also right next the elevators and laundry room which made it so convenient. Huge balcony to enjoy the trade winds and I had meals on the lanai outside. Unit had everything you need to cook your own food which allowed me to save some money, Host was super responsive, check in was a breeze, and the unit was immaculate. The value is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay for a week with a fully equipped kitchen, very closed to the Ala Moana Mall.

Great location in Waikiki, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and sauna every day, highly recommend!
