House holiday rentals in Alabang

It feels nasa probinsya talaga when entered. Lalo na ung amoy, very fresh tapos lalo na pg nagiihaw kayo. Worth it sya kc makakatipid ka sa transpo kasi within the metro lang talaga. Super ganda ng place at rooms! Perfect sya for me lalo na maarte talaga ako. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and hindi nya ko minamadali to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

The place is good overall, the only downside is may mga maliliit na ipis

*Lagi kamı nag bbook ng staycation ng bf ko kaya sobrang laging factor sa kanya ng complete ang kitchen. ♥️ * next is si tatay,🥺 first time namin na may mag instruct personal 😂 mostly kase self check in yung nabbook namin and sobrang genuine lang ni tatay while instructing. * nakapagpahinga po kami ☺️♥️

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Miss Maria's place is so clean and cozy. We had a smooth stay. She's also responsive. She gave clear instructions both check in and check out.

5 Stars - Recommended! We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating — even allowing us to do an ocular visit beforehand, which we really appreciated. The caretakers on-site were warm, always smiling, and willing to help with anything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and felt very homey. One of the highlights for us was the pool — it’s non-chlorinated and was freshly filled upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The only minor issue we encountered was a leak in the second room during a particularly strong rain. We mentioned it to the caretaker, and they were quick to acknowledge it and committed to addressing it right away. This didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay at all. Overall, we had a lovely experience and our family is already looking forward to our next visit!

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

My partner and I visited his family that lives in Paliparan. Camille’s place was the best choice since it was just 10mins or so away. Her place was near to a lot of convenience stores, a proper supermarket, and food options. Communication with Camille and Faith were also great as they are responsive. There was a minor issue with the place (water leak) and they were able to address it. We had friends who visited for a few hours and I appreciate the fact that they were flexible to allow them even if it was close to midnight. Minor comment would probably be the lack of exhaust fan when cooking. Overall the place served its purpose for us and we will definitely book again when we visit the Philippines.

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

Had a great stay here!! Host treated me very well and upgraded the internet just for my work stay. Was really grateful for this. The building has beautiful lights and pool area. You have to pay for the pool unless you stay a month. However, the place was right next to the SM mall u could walk to get groceries and whatever u needed!! Homey feeling:)

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Definitely worth every peso. It was amazing staying at Balai Annaya. True to their words, our stay was charming & comfortable. Every part of the house was clean. Kitchen, bed rooms, and comfort rooms amenities are complete. The location was near almost everything - so it was also easy to have things/foods delivered. Super accommodating & generous din ni Ms. Anne & her family. We are very thankful. We felt super bitin talaga sa stay namin haha.

We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!
