I'm Mayte, I was born and live in Alicante and in addition to traveling I love yoga. I am a teacher of Hatha yoga and Navakarana Vinyasa yoga certified by the International Yoga School and have been doing regular practices in front of the sea and the lake of the park for more than 3 years. I focus the sessions on the stretching of your whole body, mobilization of the column, balance of your breathing and calm of your mind. My goal is for you to practice safely and in a single practice you take all the benefits of yoga. We do them in a beautiful place facing the sea on the beach and lakefront in the park
