Checker's place was fantastic! The place was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed and more! The apartment decor was beautiful inside. The surrounding area was so pretty and peaceful! The location was great as it was situated close to everything as well. Above and beyond, very kind and quick to respond, and was accommodative and caring about my needs. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Very beautiful house on a charming street . Lovely sitting area outside the front door of unit . Feels very welcoming ! Would have liked to have had more time to sit on the porch. Suite was very clean . Great amenities in the kitchen . The bathroom is really beautiful and large ., with great attention paid to details. ( candle, bath oil ) Sioban has created a beautiful and welcoming space . I would highly recommend staying here .

Jane’s place was beautifully clean and she thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. My only negative is the king bed was not very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool and lots of activities available Would definitely return

I had a great stay here. The hosts were super proactive in making sure I had a great stay. And the location is just a few minutes drive from several restaurants and a Whole Foods too.

Overall an amazing place! Andrea was super attentive and quick to respond. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was fast and had no issues with connection. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone coming to Gainesville. Andrea thank you for the accommodation and flexibility!

Host Maisnely was quick to respond, friendly & helpful. The unit was clean & looked relatively new, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to downtown High Springs. Lots of thoughtful “touches” ie, candy, toiletries, first aid kit, good coffee. I was only there 1 night. Just an FYI, no fault of Maisnely but my navigation at first took me down the wrong street, but it was an easy correction.

So glad we found the Garden Suite. It was in a very peaceful location, beautiful room, and very kind host!

The Annex was the perfect place for our weekend. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was private, the decor was elegant. The host was helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The location is just 10 minutes from the university and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this listing.

This secret hideout was perfect for our stay and planned adventure. It was very spacious and so cozy. The bed was so comfy and the space perfectly decorated. Enjoyed sunrise with coffee in hand from screened porch and beautiful sunset views too. The dock allowed us access to our hobbies of photography and fishing. Hosts were super and very attentive ! We definitely will return for more adventures. Thanks for this location and our great stay!

10/10 would stay here again. It was absolutely charming and peaceful. The place was very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of very thoughtful extra touches throughout that made the place feel very homey and welcoming. Easy to find, and an excellent price for what you get.

Place was very nice and well kept, there were no pests. The only bugs we saw were some ants that literally left the day after check in. we were also offered to check in earlier than the pre posted time which was very nice. We were unfortunately delayed and couldn’t make it at that early time but we still really enjoyed the trip. Also you can park super close to the entrance which is very comforting, and convenient when you’re bringing in your luggage.

This was not our first time at Raul y Carla's place. We love how peaceful and absolutely comfortable the place is. It feels like home. They are great hosts! I forgot to mention in the "other" section that they leave little snacks for you to have with your coffee! :-) The host are very responsive and communicate extremely well and very quickly.

Great location to University of Florida. Accommodation was comfy and cozy. Hot tub was inviting. There was a little hiccup at the beginning of the trip. Shelton not only went above and beyond to correct the issue promptly but continuously followed up with me during our stay to ensure we were satisfied and happy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Very private and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. Had an issue but Em was VERY responsive and immediately helped us out. We will definitely be back again!

Tomy's house was a clean, comfortable, and spacious stay for our party of five who was in town for a family event. There was ample room for all of us to both sit together as well as to have privacy as needed. Nice pool area as well. Met Tomy briefly who was friendly and unobtrusive so never really felt he was nearby despite sharing the home with him. As a newer host we believe he is still 'dialing in' the overall experience [one sink didn't drain well, etc.] but these are minor details that I am sure Tomy can easily address. I would have no qualms recommending Tomy's comfortable home to anyone visiting Gainesville. He made the checkout very easy as well! We appreciate you sharing your home with us for three days!

I enjoyed my stay at Aaron and Mysha's place in Gainesville, FL this weekend. I was in Gainesville as part of a GA photography group taking nature and wildlife photographs in the wetlands. Their place was perfect for what I needed. The proximity of their location to the various nature parks was great! And of course I liked all the amenities, all first class.

What can I say? First of all, it's such a beautiful and peaceful place. Spectacular scenery, and it's also super close to the Springs. Surrounded by nature. The apartment is extremely cozy and clean. The host, Ms. Beatriz, is an excellent person and very concerned about the needs of her guests. My friends and I really loved it. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an escape to tranquility and nature.

Great place, great quiet lil neighborhood, extremely convenient. Would gladly stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was super cute and cozy, with an absolutely amazing, peaceful fenced-in backyard that our dog loved. The café lights in the yard created such a charming atmosphere, especially with the setting sun — it felt like our own little oasis. During our stay, a pipe unexpectedly burst, but the hosts were incredibly fast and professional in handling the issue. They communicated clearly, fixed everything quickly, and even had backup accommodations ready for us just in case. Their responsiveness and preparedness really impressed us and made us feel well taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again — highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling with a pup!
