An absolutely lovely home. Fantastic for kids and small gatherings, the pool is a great size and the living area is perfect for socializing or relaxing. Definitely would recommend!

The place was very comfortable, clean, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Jasmine even brought us over a watermelon from her garden❤️ We would most definitely stay here again!!

Our stay went well without any issues at all. Excellent communication-- very quick response time and very thorough which was appreciated. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials -- more than most in so far as paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc... which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfy which is one of the most important things to me personally. Location was convenient to everything that we needed. My only recommendation would be for the back deck to be replaced soon. Otherwise everything was great and I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

We are a family of 6 with a toddler. We split our vacation in half, a condo by the beach and house close to the springs. Everyone was in agreement that this house was definitely the highlight of the trip. Way better than expected, pristine and luxe. We all appreciated that everything we needed and wanted was provided, but not only that, but the best of it and in bulk. Sensitive skins over here, so sensitive products were a great touch. Appliances, pots and pans -- everything was quality. The primary bed -- Oh so comfy!! Could go on and on. If we get the opportunity, which we might because so many springs are close to here, would definitely come back.

Great getaway to the springs! Katie gave very clear instructions and went above and beyond on the details for local restaurants, springs, ect.. the house was very clean and spacious, everything worked and is kept well. We loved the outside patio and pool area. Very relaxing and gave the real Florida vibe! We will definitely stay again on our next visit to the springs!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream for our girls’ getaway weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away—honestly, it’s even better than the photos, which is hard to believe because the photos are stunning! The space was glamorous, spotless, and beautifully curated. The pool was a true highlight, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and the vibe. LaTisha, the host, was incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating to every need we had. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed, and we can’t wait to come back. This was my fourth time staying this this place. This location is really quiet and has a private entrance at the back. Room is very clean. I also enjoy the television in the evenings. Another nice feature about this room is having an individual thermostat for the area. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to stay in the Alachua Area.

Paul’s place was so peaceful it can’t be stated enough. I was in Florida for a few days visiting friends and I enjoyed his place so much that I canceled a day with a friend at the end of my trip so I could enjoy it again as I had started my trip there to see the Temple of the Universe and met Mickey Singer. Well done Paul, I would stay here again without question.

This property was beautiful, peaceful and quiet and instantly made us feel at home. The house is cozy and comfortable and perfectly compliments the especially inviting porch and backyard space. Small, thoughtful details in the kitchen and bathroom were appreciated and the house was stocked with whatever you might need for your stay. It provided the perfect mixture of remote tranquility and nearby accessibility to restaurants, groceries and things to do. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a no-frills escape from the city while still keeping some creature comforts within arms reach.

Pretty nice spot

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed the 2 porches to enjoy the lovely oaks and nature. The cottage was lovely with everything you could need in the kitchen and bath etc. The furnishings were nice quality and we felt right at home - we hope to be back! EJ was great to communicate with and answered every need quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

What a gorgeous, calm, peaceful, cozy spot out in the country. Paola and Ruben were kind and responded whenever I needed them. The property and apartment are even more delightful than expected. They have nearly everything you might have forgotten even! The views are breathtaking, the space is so clean and cozy! Do not hesitate to book at all but leave availability for me 😂 ! We came to High Springs to enjoy the springs. We went to Ruth Gilchrist springs on Thursday. It is a small spring with kayak rentals. We then went to Willie's place. It is a nice house just down the street from a lovely park. The kids enjoyed swinging on the swings after dinner. The house is exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and comfortable. On Friday we enjoyed coffee and relaxing before we headed to Ginnie springs, just past Gilchrist springs. It is expensive, but so worth the price. So many amenities, tube rental, kayak and long board rentals, several springs on the property. A delightful day. We only came for the two days and one night, but I wish we had stayed two nights. I would definitely recommend this adventure and Willie's home. We will be back. Teresa

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks while my husband was cave diving and I was working remotely. Beautiful views, right on the water. We enjoyed using the kayaks and watching the family of hawks in the tree next door. Would stay again.

Our family of four enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. A modest country home nestled in the woods. Seeing all the deer coming & going, listening to the birds. Roads are beautiful with soft white sand and canopy trees make for the most enjoyable, relaxing walks, especially down to the Ichetucknee for a float. Private access was a privilege we loved, never dealing with any crowds. Fell in love with the area. Kayaked down the Santa Fe. Abundance of wildlife, and the perfect slower pace we love. Would come again. Host was responsive, nothing was ever needed as everything was well thought out. Home was clean & kept well ordered and prepared.

You just can’t beat this quaint little place! I will be staying when I come back to visit my family! She is the best ! I seriously have never had a better expierence with a stay in any hotel ! Her air b&b is hands down the best..and don’t get me going on her brownies! Yes she had fresh fruit and brownies waiting for us, she also stayed up late to help me plan some things when I was still in California ! Thank you Tami !!!

Very beautiful studio in private quiet area that is close to great parts of town!

The house was great very nice but the tv on downstairs bedroom did not work and she was supposed to send someone to the house to fix it and did not and stop communicating with me. Other than that the house was really nice and the area.

such an adorable and well-curated home! this airbnb stands out compared to others, which can be sterile, cold, and boring. this place was decorated interestingly, with different antiques and books and beautiful rugs. it was super clean, quiet, and just overall a superb stay! would definitely be back again :)

The house is exactly as advertised. It is clean and has everything you need. It is close to everything and was perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for a softball tournament. I would definitely stay there again for another tournament or any reason that I have to come to Gainesville.
