The home is the same as the listing. Super easy instructions for picking up the key and entering house 47. Located in the historic center of Areia, close to all the best in the city. The facilities are extremely tasteful and comfortable. Indico and hope to return.

The accommodation was excellent! Jarbas was super attentive, the place is impeccable and clean. We really like it and recommend it!

The room in the house was comfortable and the kitchen structure catered to the necessary, suddenly having more pots/pans as it is shared would help, but not everyone is cooking. Great location, behind the Mother Church, close to all the main points of the city and restaurants, we could do everything on foot. The only point the water pressure in the shower that was very weak, would resolve by placing a pressurizer.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with air-conditioning (1 box and 1 split). The kitchen is well-equipped, with a freezer, water cooler, pots, various utensils. Sandra and Cileide are very attentive and quick. The place is quite nice, the children explored a lot, took oranges and corn from the plants, played a lot! They fed the chickens on the neighboring land. The house was super clean and smelled good, there were no cockroaches or ants inside it!!! Negative points: - the sports court could have been weeded, as the tall grass prevented use. - the noise from the box air-conditioning was annoying, as the device was very old. - I was surprised at the energy charge, as there was no information about extra charges in the listing. - there was no toilet paper and very little detergent, because in the ad it stated that there was, we had to go out to buy (and it is not so close). The experience was very good! I appreciate the availability.

The house is huge, very well cared for and well located. We were in a group of 10 people and all were well accommodated. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. The location is another strong point. The town is on a quiet street, but right in the city centre and very close to the main attractions. Hosts Gabriel and Priscilla served us very well.

Andrei is an excellent host. He responded quickly and very helpful. The flat is very well set up in all spaces and with excellent air-conditioning. I highly recommend it!!!!

The house is very well located. We went to the SESC music festival and did everything on foot. Street parking is difficult. The house is huge. All very organized and well-maintained. Washed bed linen and dishes. The house is old, so it has a bit of a musty smell. The stairs to access the house are very difficult. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby. It was very worth it. The stay and the trip were great.

We were very well received by Andrey, who was very helpful and available. The apartment was cozy and close to everything. We did everything on foot. The city was beautiful, and it was a nice cold. We will definitely be back soon.
