The gardens were a wonderfully peaceful respite. It was like taking a vacation while on vacation. The room was great, as described, and even had a dehumidifier available. The property is away from the city (we were able to Uber in and out of the city without too much issue - just a delay in finding a driver one night. We loved exploring and having our morning coffee in the gardens. We didn’t meet Phil, and we weren’t able to get a gate opener for our stay, but it worked out OK with two of us (one to drive the car and the other to get out and operate the gate).

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and family place to enjoy in peace

The house and property are belle. Lots of green, trees and birds. The views of the city are beautiful and it is a very peaceful space. They say that love is in the details, and there is definitely a lot of love invested in making the house a welcoming and beautiful place. Every corner and space of the house has been carefully cared for The beds are super comfortable, I hadn't slept so well in a long time. Communication with Maria and Daniel was excellent from the beginning. Both are super attentive, helpful and considerate. Will definitely be back

Laura and Verny are wonderful hosts. We were very grateful that they opened their beautiful home to us. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt like we were walking into our own home. Laura had everything in her kitchen that I needed to cook and bake for my family. The views surrounding their home are breathtaking. Verny and Laura were very respectful to our privacy and made sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this AirB&B the next time you visit this beautiful country. Beautiful space, the second you walk in you feel right at home. It has such a cozy vibe to it and very thoughtfully decorated. The house has an older charm but modern touches like kitchen and bathroom. It’s the perfect space for a solo traveller or couple. You can conveniently park right outside the house which is rare for San Jose. If silence is your top priority however this space may not be for you as it’s located directly on a main road so keep in mind as traffic in San Jose is petty heavy at times.

His place is about 10 minutes away from the airport. It was easy to get in and has a 24 security guard. The home is 2 floors and is very spacious. We enjoyed the funky fenced in yard too.

Impeccable apartment. Super new. Very well equipped. The building is a tourist attraction. Beautiful view from the terrace.

Warren was very accommodating and his place was comfortable.. place has describe. very zl, I love that there was a tv in each room.. The bathrooms just need a little more TLC but I understand that is a little older building. Good stay.

It was everything my family needed to land in Costa Rica, have a place we could quickly get to from the airport, and get started with our adventure.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—actually, even better than expected! What the photos don’t show is that there are two balconies, including one directly off the main bedroom, which was a lovely surprise. The space was clean and well-equipped. The fridge and other amenities were spot on, and the couch and chairs were comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer inside. Comes with a floor fan . Come to think of it, didn’t get hot at all in the apartment. Although we didn’t get a chance to fully explore the neighborhood, we noticed several nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance and The location felt safe. The hosts were very communicative throughout the stay and even arranged for us to check in early, which was a big help. The check-in process itself was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a great stay. We’d definitely book again the next time we’re in

The place is right on a main avenue so expect some noise, other than that there's a lot of bars, restaurants, convenient stores around the neighborhood and it's pretty safe

It is an excellent place to stay. It has everything you need and more. The pool, gym and play and rest areas give it a plus. I felt calm and safe with my child. Jennifer is a great host

Great location and apartment!

Bernd Y Irmgard were wonderful hosts; very accomodating and easy to talk to. The apartment was exceptional and very nice. They gave me directions to the grocery store and other locations. Their hosting was outstanding and would definitely stay with them again. They are definitely 5-star airbnb hosts!!

We loved this place! The view is stunning. The city lights up like diamonds! The building is creative beyond belief. It is so much fun to explore and the concept rooms on the 31st floor are magical. The VW bus on the roof is over the top! The apartment itself is small but thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed to cook each night. I loved that there is a balcony and the bedroom window opens for ventilation, which can be rare in a high rise. We loved our stay here.
