We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Thank you for a great stay in Santo Domingo!

This Lacasa was a very good condition and the place the area very safe nice private pool inside look amazing is you’re beautiful to stay with your family and friend to enjoy your vacation. You won’t regret it and I will come soon. Possible for my vacation. Thank you. Let us know.

Everything was as I expected

A bella Vista, the residential has very fine rules so that family coexistence may be possible, we were confused with the check-out time and the host Alexandra was very affable with us, even in the understanding that she had guests arriving later, definitely a nice place

anauris house was perfect for my 5 day getaway , quite area house was very nice alot of space ,very clean , she answered quick anytime I needed anything. pictures didn't do it justice it was way better in person . over all very good experience def would rent again when I head back home..

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

the place is nice and comfortable lots of space the view is beautiful the terrace you could just sit and relax. supermarket is close there a restaurant next to the place with they have good food we enjoy that. now if you have knee problems or can't go up stairs than this place is not for you. other wise we loved it there was 5 of us in the apartment only one of the room don't have air-conditioned the other 2 have.

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

Everything was perfectly fine. The apartment is huge, clean, you have air conditioning, fans, TV, refrigerator,… for us the best part was the living room, which was in a beautiful style and very spacious. Hot water flowed in the shower, wifi was fast. Manuel is a great host, he helps, advises, responds quickly. I definitely recommend!

I highly recommend it, we stayed for a few days with family and everything was great. Doña Carmen is a lovely lady always willing to help, same with Any she was a great host, we are definitely coming back there. We are very thankful:)

I had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay very pleasant. Ginny is an amazing host, always ready to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Her hospitality truly stood out. Her mother was also incredibly kind and made sure the surroundings were always neat and tidy whenever she was around. Their attention to cleanliness and guest comfort is truly commendable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. A VERY convenient location, only steps from morning coffee, great restaurants and even famous historical sites. 4-6 minute walk to water views, and somehow all in a quiet, restive place. This is the perfect place to rent in Santo Domingo.

Stephany was sooo helpful and responsive to all our questions. Information and immediate follow-up was very helpful. We asked for recommendations for taxi service from airport and she immediately gave us a couple options of great drivers. We walked to all restaurants during our stay and eat at some great places. We loved the rooftop seating area.
