Rocky beach access to the sea, but no sauna or jetty. SUP board. Conveniently equipped with electricity, running water, fiber optic internet, air-source heat pump for heating & cooling. A stone's throw from Herröskatan Nature Reserve, rich flora and an observation tower, some fortress ruins from the Russian period 1809−1917. A short walk there or use the loaner bikes. Sturdy "treehouse," toys.

Cozy little cottage with an open plan, kitchenette, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Possibility to eat breakfast indoors. A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two decks. The one on the west side is 20 meters from the water and has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east-side deck, as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet right outside the sauna, as well as a separate, newly built shower and laundry house, and a composting toilet a short distance away.

The house consists of kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. There are beds for seven people and possibly an additional cot can be arranged if needed. Warm welcome to our cozy cottage right next to the lake! Here you can enjoy the simplicity, swim from the mountain and rest in the silence. You have free parking, access to a rowboat (motor can be rented) and the possibility to buy a fishing license. The cottage has running water, stove, oven and electricity. There is an outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower with hot water. The cottage is located at the end of a gravel road and on the same property is also our house.
