Bright and cozy apartment in a modern residential complex. The complex has a large swimming pool, children's and basketball court, barbecue area, garden with fruits and flowers, gym. An apartment with a sea view, very spacious,with fresh renovation. Excellent location within a two-minute walk to the EktaMall shopping complex, within a walking distance of all grocery stores,cafes, restaurants, a Tuesday market. The distance to the sea and the free beach is 400 meters, which is about 8-10 minutes on foot.
