Beachfront holiday rental in Alba Adriatica

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

Comfortable, clean and well-maintained accommodation. Host available , clear, and friendly. I'll be back at the first time.

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

We were traveling with our child and were very pleased. There was everything you needed. The view was magnificent and there was not so much going on at the time of the year. We were able to relax well.

I was a guest for a weekend with my family (my wife and two children aged 8 and 12). The apartment is very nice, functional and well furnished. A special mention to the beautiful equipped terrace that allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The three flights of stairs without an elevator are definitely worth it. In the area, there are restaurants and clubs, as well as the promenade (right in front of the house). Zina is very quiet and has free parking in the immediate vicinity. Matteo was punctual and precise in his answers, making the stay even more pleasant.

Livia was immediately active, friendly and available. The place was as described, really cozy and well cleaned in every detail, the rooms spacious and with its own private bathroom a real gem. Very well-equipped kitchen and very spacious and well cared for balcony. If we return to the area, we will definitely relocate here!

If we could rate it higher than we would. We had a great time and great responsiveness from the hosts. Perfect location to Centro and the beach. Can’t get any better for larger groups looking to stay in the city.

Accommodation in a great location, the free beach is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The center is a stone's throw away, easily reached by a walk along the seafront; ideal location for all ages and needs. Hosts Milvia and Marco were polite, friendly and available for every guest need. Particularly appreciated was the check-in carried out directly by them. The apartment was found tidy and clean; through the directions of the hosts the stay was more than pleasant and enjoyable.
