Holiday apartment, 40 m²,very cosy and quiet. It has a central patio and a terrace with a fantastic view of Granada. The apartment is situated in the Albaicin quarter and from here you will be within 5 to 10 minutes by walk at the Town centre, and in 20 to 30 minutes at the historical monument the Alhambra and the gardens of the Generalife is which is without a doubt an impressive place of an extreme beauty. The apartment consists of 1 double room with a double bed, living/dining room, open kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.There is Internet wireless connection access (Wi-Fi). The province of Granada offers a variety so proven and multiple, which is perhaps unique in Spain. In few kilometres we can go from Sierra Nevada with the best ski slopes, to the wonderful beaches of the coast of Granada

It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.
