Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und uns mit allem versorgt, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können ihn nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Amazing Stay

Vila Oliven exceeded my expectations and I felt the room was even better than it looked in the photos. Everything needed was provided, everything was spotlessly clean, everything was well-maintained and worked well, and no detail was spared to create a truly welcoming atmoshere. The whole place was well-designed, with a good bathroom and cooking facilities. Details such as insect screens on the windows and good wifi made a big difference. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful and really made sure I had a good stay. On top of all that, the view looking out over the town to the sea was amazing and the sun streamed in the window every afternoon. I easily walked into town or down to the sea and it didn't take long. I felt privileged to stay in such a peaceful place with a wonderful vibe and I highly recommend Vila Oliven.

I honestly loved this apartment, the hosts were very responsive and helpful! Everything is great and had 0 problems! Had a fun stay and worth every single cent!

L’appartamento si trova a 10 minuti da Tirana , il proprietario è molto gentile parla bene anche la lingua italiana e la cosa che mi ha colpito di più e l’accoglienza, mi sono sentito a casa ed ho trovato un appartamento molto pulito e rifornito di tutti i comfort, addirittura avevamo a disposizione un barbecue. Nei dintorni ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti , è comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Tirana e dintorni. Lo consiglio vivamente, mi sono trovato davvero molto bene ci ritornerò !

Die Kommunikation war super und sehr freundlich. Desi hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und uns Tipps für ein paar Restaurants gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit hier genossen.

Nous avons voyagé à 6. La propriété est très belle, nous avons passé un agréable moment. Le logement est climatisé et propre. L’hôte est réactif et agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement. Chose à savoir, une des 3 chambres est une chambre de passage pour aller dans les autres chambres.

The place is beautifully decorated and was very clean with high quality wooden finishes. Bruna was a great host who communicated well and was responsive. There is accommodation of some sort being built (construction site) behind the property. Because of this there is some noise through the day when they are working. At night the noise stops, so you don’t have to worry about interrupted sleeping. Noise cannot be avoided if you stay nearer the beach at Dhermj because there is also a lot of hotel construction work going on there too. We would be happy to stay at Bruna’s place again and we would recommend it to our friends.

Stunning location, right on the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Rudina - Robert’s wife was very welcoming. I asked for a cork screw and ice tray and she provided them on the same day. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

Alfred begrüßte uns persönlich und war zu jeder Zeit schnell erreichbar, die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, ruhig, aber trotzdem mittendrin, es geht kaum besser! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Kelmend was very nice to welcome us late as we didn't have any option left, the apartment was perfect, more than what we needed. Definitely a person to recommend for his human sense and very reactive.

Smještaj je bilo vrlo lako pronaći. Nalazi se u blizini svega potrebnog. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i uslužan. Smještaj je bio lijepo namješten. Svima preporucujem.

Wunderschönes Zuhause mitten in Shkodra Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet – man spürt richtig, dass hier Herzblut drin steckt. Es ist keine sterile Ferienwohnung, sondern fühlt sich an wie ein echtes Zuhause in Albanien. Ela war super herzlich – ich habe sie zufällig direkt beim Ankommen getroffen. Die Kommunikation lief durchgehend reibungslos, und sie war sogar bei kleinen Alltagssachen hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch: Direkt neben der Tür gibt es einen großen, günstigen Parkplatz, auf dem ich mein Auto sicher abstellen konnte. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich zu jeder Zeit absolut sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist mitten im Zentrum, hat alles in Laufnähe und gleichzeitig ist es ruhig. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder buchen ◡̈

Staying in this apartment was an incredibly positive and heartwarming experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — and especially this landlord — to everyone. The apartment is beautifully designed, with an unreal sea view, very peaceful, cozy, and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and ideal whether you’re staying alone or with your family. Second time in a row here. Coffee shop and bars just outside if you dont want to walk far, but just a few minutes from the bllok area

Urada’s place was amazing!! We were blown away with how cosy and beautiful it was. We entered and everything was ready and spotless. She created a beautiful ambiance to welcome us. Kitchen was equipped with everything including airyer! Most importantly she was always available and communicated quickly. The location was perfect right infront of Toptani mall and Tirana castle area. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Es war die beste Wohnung wo wir übernachtet haben. Traumhafte Aussicht, alles sauber und super ausgestattet. 2 Betten am Strand inbegriffen… einfach wow. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Zani war einfach der beste! Immer erreichbar und super nett. Wie werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)

We returned at Ditila’s apartment after one year cause it felt just like home and we were not wrong :) Everything was perfect, we love that personal touch and cozy feeling of the place and all available facilities. Ditila is a for sure a Superhost!
