We traveled to 6. The property is very beautiful, we had a pleasant time. The accommodation is air-conditioned and clean. Host is responsive and enjoyable. We would recommend this listing. Namely, one of the 3 bedrooms is a room passing through to the other rooms.

Our stay with Dejv was absolutely fantastic! When we arrived, his parents were there to check us in, absolutely lovely people! They even offered to take us to the supermarket because we had no car! On arrival Dejv also sent a big list with his favourite spots around town, which was superb. He was always there for us and responded virtually instantly. Easily the best Airbnb host i've experienced. The villa is absolutely fabulous, great view into tirana and a great pool. The villa genuinely does look even better in person than in the pictures. It really is a place where you can have a great time, either relaxing or enjoying the evening.

We got upgraded to a different accomodation after finding the initially booked one not to our satisfaction. Communication was fast and easy and everything was done within 2 hours.

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

We stayed at the villa as a group of six and found it incredibly spacious and comfortable for all of us. Even though it was the off-season, everything we needed for our stay was easily accessible, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The view from the villa is stunning—one of the highlights of our trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Dhermi or Palase, especially during the season.

The location in the description is wrong/inaccurate, but the host sent us a video of how to arrive by car which was helpful. The host in general was very responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions and even bringing us some stuff we needed. The house overall is pretty spacious with an amazing view onto the sea. There even are showers in the two big bedrooms that also have that view with their glass front (reflective from the outside so don't worry). The outside was also pretty spacious with a big table in front of the house with an openable roof over it (which is right next to the kitchen window so great for breakfast). A bit further up there's also a private pool with two sunbeds and two sun umbrellas (even got a cleaning robot that cleans the pool every night). The inside seemed a bit run-down (for example doors not properly closing or some baseboards coming off), but that's to be expected and we didn't really mind it. Also some long stairs from the parking to the house.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb stays we have had, the space itself was super clean and charming, and the hospitality of our hosts was unmatched. Jotta and Eddie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, treating us to some of their home grown fruits and checking in with us throughout to make sure everything was fine. Can't recommend this place enough. Their outdoor shower is also a very cool amenity!

Very beautiful place to stay

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

A really lovely little home tucked away in the forest. We loved our visit!

Just one night at Flora and Hector's left a vivid impression in my memory! These amazing people can create an atmosphere in a few hours that others cannot replicate in a week. From the first minute, we felt sincere hospitality. Flora immediately treated us to drinks and dessert, and after that, Hector happily showed us the surroundings. In the evening, an incredibly delicious homemade dinner from their garden was waiting for us. Each spoon conveyed the care and warmth of the owner's hands! Among other things, Hector and Flora are excellent conversationalists. And even though we spoke different languages, we often understood each other without an interpreter. Their hospitality is so natural that by the morning we didn't feel like guests, but their relatives! Although our visit was short, the impressions remained the warmest. Cleanliness, a comfortable bed, the silence of the village night and roosters in the morning - everything came together in a perfect picture of real Albania. We are incredibly grateful to them for a drop of home comfort in our journey!

We were so comfortable and happy in this ‘little jewel’ of a restored stone house. We were 2 couples and the space was cozy but perfect. An outstanding feature was very well designed spaces with nooks, shelves, closets both in the bedroom and in bathrooms so there were places to stash personal items. Loved this walkable community. Very convenient access to property compared to a previous rental on other side where luggage had to be carried up steep, narrow streets. Would rent again.

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Our stay at this apartment was an extremely pleasant experience! The place was clean, very thoughtfully arranged and equipped with everything we needed to spend a few quiet and cosy days. What made this stay all the more special was the exceptional hospitality of Teas and her friend. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us valuable recommendations of places we could visit, good restaurants as well as practical directions that helped us navigate the area more easily. We really appreciate their care and dedication- made our stay even more enjoyable. We very gladly recommend this apartment and would come back without hesitation!

Stayed only one night. Not much time for real experience of the accommodation and the area.

We have a lovely stay! The location seems a bit remote, but both Himarë and the beach are within walking distance. The layout of the house is simple, but was sufficient for us. In the kitchen, not everything was present, but with a little creativity, you can cook. Anna's mother lives on the ground floor and was very helpful! There is a barbecue in the garden that you can use.

I had a wonderful stay in this spacious accommodation! The house is very spacious and well air-conditioned. A real highlight is the large garden with orange trees and a cozy seating area. The garden is completely walled and thus offers a lot of privacy. It is also practical that you can park directly in the garden. Many things can be reached on foot in a short time, so the car can often simply stay parked. Overall, the accommodation even exceeded my expectations. I would come back anytime!

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Timos place was amazing. Breathtaking view - and super close to the beach, and multiple restaurants. Close to supermarkets, Pharmacy, and walkable distance to everything. Timo was also a responsible and super helpful host. We’re able to check in early as well, which was amazing

Pleasant accommodation, with garden. A very warm welcome from Irdi's parents. Nice exchange with his mom, despite the language barrier. We even got cherries from the garden, and homemade jam. One small downside: the lack of pressure in the shower
