Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Albania

We had an amazing stay at Krista’s place! We were a family of 8, some in their 60s and 70s and rest of us in our 30s, and the house was perfect for our party. It was close to the promenade, many nice restaurants and bars close by, the house itself was private and far enough from the street that there was no noticeable noise. The private access to the pool and beach made the stay unforgettable, we will all be reminiscing on our stay there for a long time!

Villa Rosa was a beautiful place! Easy to find when we followed the instructions. Beautiful view from the terrace and lovely, airy rooms. We even got to taste some local Raki that was ready for us. Excellent location in relation to both the castle and the village. Thank you so much for us! This was our first encounter with Albania and we have already fallen in love with the country! 😊

Hostess is a really nice person. We couldn't speak English but it made this more interesting proving that people can understand each other with smiles and gestures. :) We had big space, fantastic Skoder lake view and feeling of privacy. Very recommended place, especially with children as hostess offers her garden to eat fruits (cherries were fantastic). Aldis thanks for breakfast. Our family will have the best memories about this place.

We stayed 1 week for 3 in the great accommodation before we went further south. We arrived late in the evening with the rental car. In the refrigerator, there was butter, sausage, cheese, jam and also bread for us. Communication with Fridolin was very good. He always responded very quickly and had many good recommendations for us. The outdoor area is really fantastic and our son didn't want to leave the pool. There was air conditioning in every room of the house, which was very pleasant. The balcony is fantastic. There are blinds on the bedroom windows. However, it quickly becomes very bright. But if you don't need it to be completely dark, that's not a problem. We absolutely enjoyed our time and would come again and again.

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Excellent stay! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, safe and very well located, in a quiet neighborhood close to the old town and the bus station. Check-in and check-out were simple and well explained. The little garden at the back is lovely, and the hosts left books and brochures to guide us and learn about the area. A huge thank you to Lili and Myzi, incredibly welcoming hosts: they offered us apples, fresh water, chocolate pudding and lemonade. It felt like home! A real favorite!❤️

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Anxhela's place. Everything was perfect. Anxhela was a good communicator before and throughout our stay. She and Katerina went "above and beyond" expectations one day to assist us. Katerina made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and cafes at our doorstep. The views were priceless, with peaceful early mornings on the balconies, in the garden, or beside the sea with a cup of coffee. Sunsets were beautiful and are not to be missed. The gardens are lovely and well cared for, while the pool and the sea offer a respite from the heat or a relaxing swim. The Villa itself had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Our family enjoyed spreading out on different floors for peace and quiet after a busy day and gathering together around the large table for board games. It's a piece of paradise in a vibrant area of the city. Book it if you can.

The apartment was great. Good location and amazing view. All shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. It has a private garage under the building which was great. Clean and large space with modern design. The host, Arli was always helpful and flexible and responded in minutes. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. The apartment felt comfortable and homely, with everything we needed. Claudio is a fantastic host, very helpful and attentive. My young daughters loved how close we were to the play area and the beach. We had delicious local cuisine at great prices. Sarande is an amazing place to visit, the apartment was in the best location, not far away from the center but in a quieter part of the bay. 100% recommend and we would love to return one day. Very cosy and spotlessly clean apartment, with everything you need. The terrace is nice and spacious, works perfectly for a short stay in Tirana. The shower was especially amazing!! 😏😏😏

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was exactly as in the photos – very clean, tidy and beautifully furnished, without unnecessary stuff. We immediately felt comfortable, almost like we were at home. The bed was cozy and the view of the sea and promenade was simply fantastic. Top location, everything important such as restaurants, bars and supermarkets is within walking distance. The only downside: the apartment is located on the main street, so there is a lot of traffic noise, and there is a nightclub opposite - so not suitable for noise-sensitive guests. For us, it was still a nice stay!

Exactly as in the pictures, very tasteful and extremely clean. Katya is fantastic. The view is great. You are at the beginning of the boulevard on the beach and to the shops on the other side. Location couldn't be better. You have great views on the 8th floor. Next time, we would like to have an accommodation from Katya. Thank you for your flexibility, we were allowed in our apartment more than 3 hours earlier. We highly recommend this accommodation

Olga was very responsive and always available when needed during our stay. She also recommended several excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment, meanwhile, was impeccable: clean, well-equipped, with everything you need available. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the exceptional view, which we had the chance to admire every morning when we woke up and especially in the evening at sunset... a magical moment! We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions. Everything in the apartment was new and fresh — plenty of towels and bed linen, and a baby crib was kindly provided for us. The location is perfect, right in the center of Saranda, close to restaurants and the promenade. The view over the city is absolutely stunning, especially at night. Yes, as mentioned in other reviews, you can hear some city noise in the evening — but I wouldn’t call it noise. It’s just the lively atmosphere of a vibrant holiday town. We enjoyed it and felt like we were truly on vacation. Highly recommend this place!

Vaso’s apartment is the perfect place to stay when you visit Tirane. It’s in an ideal location overlooking Skenderburg Square and all the main attractions are in walking distance. There are restaurants and cafes nearby and a mini supermarket just below his apartment block. I highly recommend Vaso’s Airbnb.

Apartment is in a completely new building so everything was new, modern and extremely comfortable. Very quire, no disturbances, amazing view - just perfect! You 100% have to have a far, because otherwise you will never be able to go from there to the beach each day. Nearby supermarket is in 6 min distance by car! It was very lovely;)

I’ve visited a lot of Airbnb’s over the years and think Elton’s place is the best so far. Incredible value, great location, spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable and has everything needed for a home from home. Elton also so helpful, informative, kind, responsive - a first class host. Tirana is a gem and I strongly recommend a visit. And when you do, please stay here. A truly memorable and wonderful visit.

This is a nice place in a great location, in walking distance to Skanderbeg Square and surrounding attractions. The studio is very much as described and pictured - there is only one big room, not a separate bedroom. Orest was very approachable and responded immediately when we did not find the WiFi password. Very good value for money, would recommend.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent central yet quiet. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect for a stay in Vlore! It is right in the middle of everything, I would recommend it for sure.
