Great location! In the middle of the old town and just a few steps from the sea. Except for the unemptied bathroom trash, everything was very clean. Since the apartment is right on the promenade, it is noisy (even at night!). The steep stairs are not to be underestimated - an Italian coffee with a view of the sea compensates for the climb immediately. During the low season, there is plenty of free parking - but be careful not to park on the promenade, as there is also a market there on Fridays. Overall, we had a great vacation and highly recommend Loano!

a small but really well organized, clean and comfortable accommodation. We stayed only one night because of a soccer tournament and we had a very good time. The host Stefano was very kind and also created a very precise and useful guide on the house rules, I would say. Highly recommended for two people but also for 4 if you do not stay for long periods.

Breathtaking views, having breakfast, and seeing the sea from the big windows is worth the whole trip. In the evening we had dinner on the large terrace that is equipped with a table, chairs, and a rocking chair. The room was cool, there are also mosquito nets on the windows. The nice kitchen is bright. In a few steps we arrived at a very nice free beach. Walking a little more along the sea, you can also easily walk to the center of Loano. We will be back 🙂🌞🌊

We had a really nice 4 days! The house was clean, tidy and spacious...also the landlady left us a perfect vanishing bed for our daughter! The apartment is also really comfortable, 5 minutes on foot and you are at the sea...the car forgets it... we recommend it and we will definitely be back!

Great hosts, quick to communicate answers to any questions and help solve any difficulties. Lovely apartment, well equipped, lots of helpful snacks and hot drinks provided, really close to the old town and the bike garage is well equipped to help you look after and keep your bike safe while staying. I hope to stay again.

Everything was perfect, Alessia is a perfect host, warm and welcoming. We would always come back and reommend to stay at this place in Sanremo. The view is fantastic. The only downside was the construction site nearby it was a little loud during the week. But we could still enjoy the stay very much.

Everything was as expected, and the few questions we still had after our arrival were answered very quickly! A quiet place with beautiful views, yet only a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you Franco!

Very clean accommodation, which is the most important thing, the images corresponded to reality, quiet environment and without disturbing noises, Emilio is a super sociable and helpful person, ready to take care of any problem or request, the most beautiful part of the accommodation is located in the external part (courtyard), consisting of a garden, a hot tub with a projector in which you can project any movie you want and in addition a shower in which you can wash before entering or leaving the hydro massage, in short, impeccable accommodation and very helpful owner, I recommend it!

We can recommend the place without hesitation. The apartment is centrally located on the edge of the old town, has a great balcony and the rooms are large and well equipped. Danilo was very friendly and thoughtful, even though we didn't meet him in person: Everything was perfectly prepared and Danilo was always available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is super spacious and well equipped. The city center of Finalborgo is just a short walking distance. We did have some issues finding the right house with Google Maps because of the one way street, after that the self check in was well described and really easy.

Nice recently renovated accommodation (the bathrooms are new), in a quiet residential complex but close to the sea, without particular climbs on foot and with an elevator. It consists of two double bedrooms, large living room (also with sofa bed), kitchenette and double bathrooms. Parking space and garage. Fully equipped, with impeccable cleanliness, new bed linen. Elasticity on check-in/check-out, great communication with the host. Tested at Easter, but for summer vacations, a parking space included is a manna. I recommend it without hesitation.

A stone's throw from the sea and the heart of Alassio, Casina da Vinci is a small gem. Clean, cozy, very comfortable. Mirko is professional and kind. Our Neve also enjoyed it very much. Thank you so much!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared for us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. A big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

Excellent location! Really a delightful place with excellent services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. It's a true paradise for children, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with a lot of kindness. The accommodation was perfect: well located, spacious, and very well equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!

Started our vacation here with a few days and it was just right for us. A very pretty place, both Piazza and Mondovì. You can walk down comfortably and take the special train or the bus back up. The apartment is in the middle of the village, parking is still no problem. The two of us had plenty of space and everything we needed. The terrace is a bit sober, but the garden you walk around the house is spectacular. You could just spend the day looking into the countryside and using the pool every now and then, which we had all to ourselves. Carlo was very straightforward and friendly, communication was fabulously responsive and easy.
